Located in the community of Bear Trap Dunes, this golf villa boasts one of the best views around. Perfectly situated overlooking the par 3 third green and the fourth tee box of Black Bear. Enjoy the views while you sit and relax in the screened-in porch or outdoor balcony and take in the cool Bethany air while the sun sets over the nearby pond. If you are chilly, you can sit in front of the marble fireplace to warm up.
This cozy, non-smoking villa is beautifully decorated to accommodate a wide array of vacationers from full families to golfers wanting to get away for a long weekend. The home comes complete with a full kitchen, separate dining area, large family room with vaulted ceilings, full size washer and dryer, and plenty of sleeping space.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the master bathroom has a separate Jacuzzi bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the loft contains a twin trundle bed which expands into a queen-size bed. The home has three full baths and sleeps a total of eight people comfortably, with a queen-size pull-out sofa in the family room.
Enjoy all the amenities Bear Trap has to offer: golfing, fully-equipped fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a clubhouse with full-service restaurant. There is plenty of free off-street parking next to the unit and the free summer beach shuttle stops right around the corner.
You may never have to leave Bear Trap but if you do there are plenty of places to go. Just a short 20-minute drive North is Rehoboth Beach with over 100 outlet stores and plenty of "tax-free" shopping. Take a day trip to Cape May, New Jersey on the Cape May-Lewes ferry or play one of the dozen golf courses in the Delmarva region.
