Our most recent addition to our Manzanita rentals is located directly on the beach and next door to the North of our very large Beach House. This house has sweeping views of the ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain and direct access to the beach. We have recently completely remodeled and restored this charming Mid-Century beach cottage keeping with mid-century modernist furnishings, design, and finishes combined with current modern conveniences and fixtures.
This wonderful Oceanfront beach house has three (3) bedrooms plus additional sleeping, two (2) bathrooms, a professional kitchen featuring a 36" gas Viking Range, stainless steel Kitchen Aide 36" refrigerator, "super quiet" Meile dishwasher and all the amenities, including a complete set of All-Clad stainless steel pots and pans.
The main house features a living room with a stone fireplace and panoramic view of the ocean and Neahkahnie Mountain. The kitchen opens to the dining room and living room with a door to the large outdoor barbeque area and stone patio. An oceanfront Queen bedroom sits directly off the same stone patio. There is an additional Queen bedroom with direct access to the garden and hot tub patio area, a twin size Bunk bed area and a full bathroom. There is also a laundry area with a large capacity washer and dryer.
The other part of the house consists of a standalone "Entertainment room" that doubles as an additional bedroom at night. Here you will find a comfortable family room with a 42" plasma home theater and an adjoining fully appointed bar for any occasion! This room opens out onto the large wind protected stone patio and terrace where you can enjoy sunbathing or soaking in the 8 person hot tub. At night this room can convert into a bedroom with the super comfy King Sleeper couch and its own 3/4 bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with very luxurious "Pillow top" mattresses and 5 star linen's.
Not only is this paradise home in a great location on the beach, it is also easy walking distance to the main street in Manzanita where you will find the grocery store, natural foods store, coffee shops, restaurants, wine-bar, shops and evening entertainment.

35% Deposit upon booking; Balance due 45 Days prior to arrival.

Six of us stayed- we enjoyed the ocean view, space to spread out, the sauna & deck and garden areas, We cooked one night, really enjoyed the Viking gas stove and cooking island . We were well taken care of when we had questions about media center.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We thoughly enjoyed our stay in this charming house over Memorial Day weekend. It is definitely worth the money to be ON the beach. It's so peaceful and relaxing. The house has a retro look and was fun for all-grandparents, parents and two young children. When we couldn't go down to the beach, the large patio provided plenty of play and relaxing space. The grill was super nice, but it was Sooo windy we were prevented from having an enjoyable experience. The hot tub was a nightly spot to relax and watch the stars. The kitchen had everything we needed and was really nice. Hope to came back some day.

What a great house on the ocean! It is cozy and well laid out for entertaining. The separate entertainment area really allows for kids and family to enjoy the week together. It is decdorated in a modern and fun fashion. Great views and excellent location on the ocean and close to town. It is walking distance to shopping and the coffee and ice cream shop on Main. It is also close to the golf course. Manzanita is a really cute town. You will love this house and we have already made plans to return again.
