MURPHY'S RIVERSIDE COTTAGE
The Murphy family would like to invite you to stay in their 1930's Arts & Crafts style cottage which sets on the banks of the Big Thompson River.
The cottage has a large deck where you can actually fish right from the deck or just sit and listen to the soothing sounds of the river. You can also look out at the wonderful views of the Mummy Range, which is part of Rocky Mountain National Park, watch the abundance of wildlife, or just enjoy the sunshine. And then after all that fishing and hiking you can take a long hot bath in the antique claw foot bathtub which also has a shower.
The south entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is about a mile west of the cottage and downtown Estes Park is about a mile east.
This cottage is available year round.

My partner and I stayed in the cabin for several nights in Aug '08. The roaring river in the back was wonderful. We cooked in for dinner the whole time we were there and enjoyed eating out on the large deck in the back. Short drive to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Had a wonderful trip!
