  We spent a great week at this condo. It was just as the listing described, clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed walking on the beach and laying by the pool. The owners are great to work with and always answered my questions. We did not have a car, but were able to walk to get what ever we needed.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+.

  My boyfriend and I stayed in the location for a week and absolutely enjoyed every bit of the rental. The location is PRIME, the price was amazing for what we were getting, the condition and things included in the rental were great, and the owners/staff made the process so smooth and easy. It was a 2 minute walk to a beautiful part of the beach and the neighborhood was so friendly. We didn't rent a car for the first half of our stay but could easily walk to a walgreens/supermarket, restaurants, and shops. The staff told us about the trolley and the other forms of cheap/quick transportation that were great for the far away places. We have nothing but great things to say about this rental and definitely suggest it for any couple or small group! :)

  What a wonderful unit. It is even better than the pictures. We go to St. Pete Beach every year and have been to this part of the beach many times, so to have this unit so close to the water was great! Very clean and extremely safe location. Many activities available on the beach and nearby restaurants were plentiful.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  My family with 2 children stayed at this studio condo over spring break in March and absolutely feel in love with the experience. It is a nice, clean condo tucked away in a quiet spot with very easy access to the St. Pete Beach. Between the beach and the heated pool my kids of 6 and 11 enjoyed the stay. For our money and the size of our family, this was the best thing we have stumbled upon on our annual spring break vacations. We will not hesitate to reserve this spot again. Already looking forward to staying here next year!

  The property is clean and very well-maintained. The location is excellent for activities as well as restaurants. We can look out our window and have an excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico. The owners, Carol and Herb make sure that our stay is a wonderful experience by keeping everything up to date. This is the only condo we have stayed at in Florida and we will always continue coming back to their condo. Ed & Ellen
