  What a gorgeous place...it was everything we thought it would be and then some. We had Grandmother, daughters and granddaughters staying there and we had so much fun being together and enjoying the beauty. Coco Beach had everything we needed...the pictures were spot on. We would highly recommend Coco Beach. Karen was wonderful to work with...she answered all our questions and went above and beyond giving us information about the area. We hope to come again someday.!

  My husband and I used to live in Gulf Shores and when we got engaged in 2011, we knew we wanted to get married on the beach. After researching the costs for a venue, we decided to rent a beach house and do it ourselves -- and that led us to Coco Beach, which we rented for a week this past April. The owner, Karen, was so great to work with. She allowed us to visit the house prior to, and was informative about answering my (many) questions about the property as the wedding plans got underway. She was even flexible with our dates for the property since no one had booked it immediately before/after us, so we were able to change the date for our reservation to accomodate our honeymoon plans once we made them! Located about 16 miles down Fort Morgan, Coco Beach was the perfect spot for us. It was quiet, a little secluded and, of course, right on the beach (about 15-20 minutes from downtown Gulf Shores)! The house (which, from the beach, kinda looks like a wedding cake, eh? :)) was roomy enough for us to stay at, along with a few friends and their spouses who were in our wedding party. The house is beautiful, with lots of room to relax and feel like you're right at home. The layout and furniture makes great use of the space, while providing plenty of sleeping arrangements. Not to mention, the view is breathtaking! It was also really nice that the storage room under the house provided beach chairs, styrafoam coolers, and even a blower (so we could blow the sand out from under the carport, which came in handy the day before the wedding). We had an absolutely perfect wedding at Coco Beach and the house only added to the beauty of our day.

• Ladies Retreat

  We had a group of 10 ladies for a week at Coco Beach and it was fabulous! We had a few little hicups at first and Karen, the owner, was right on it. Thanks Karen! The beach was clean and the water was fabulously clear and warm. We saw lots of dolphins, fish, and manta rays. The house is beautiful and spacious and the kitchen had most everything we needed. We are already talking about going again next year!!!

• Phenomenal Ocean Retreat

  We scheduled a short retreat for our family after a busy week in Orange Beach. This unit fit our needs perfectly and provided ample space for multiple families if needed. The home sits with unobstructed views and access to the beach. Highlights were the views in the open living area/dining room and decks, easy clean-up with outdoor shower and deck hose, and convenient access to the beach for our boys. Although the weather was rainy, we built lots of sand castles, gathered shells, saw some great wildlife, and enjoyed the spacious home. The only drawback is a lack of privacy in the living room with homes nearby. However, it is a small compromise for great views of the ocean through the tinted glass windows. Thanks to the owners for the short notice scheduling accommodation. Our family was blessed by our stay.

  We had our wedding ceremony right on the beach and a small reception at the house afterwards.... The pictures dont do this house justice! It is absolutley AMAZING!! Tons of room, plenty of dishes and cookware, comfy beds, everything was just perfect!! We could not have asked for a better weekend and we will try to be back yearly for our anniversary!

  Beautiful panoramic view! Excellent floor plan for family reunion with adults & kids of all ages. All the necessities are there and more. Would definitely recommend this property for a large group.

  What a great & relaxing week at this beautiful house. Right on the beach! My family had a wonderful time and Karen (owner) was so nice to work with. We saw dolphins, jumping fish, and went crab hunting @night. Recommended for anyone wanting a spot on the Gulf of Mexico!
