White sand non-commercial beach - great for family activities. Furnished deck facing beach, under house parking, and outside private shower to wash off the sand. Many of our guests return each year. Once you've experienced our wonderful vacation home, you'll want to come back again and again.

  • You have to see it to believe it. My family takes a week long vacation every year to Florida or Alabama, and stayed in very nice condo's but now I don't think any of us will do that again. The house is so well emquiped and every room is great. The living room and kitchen.....PERFECT... the outside deck......PERFECT..... We all hated to leave but will return next year if not before..... Hope you all enjoy Coco Beach as much as we did.. OH watch for the dancing dolphins.

  • Our Bridge Club stayed at Coco Beach in June, 2006. It is hard for 11 women to agree on anything! However, it was unanimous. WE LOVED THIS BEACH HOUSE. We will be returning next year. The owners are delightful to work with. Don't hesitate to book-it! Thanks, Lisa and Steve.
