Surfing beach & volleyball area! - Rosarito Beach Vacation House Rental Las-Gaviotas is a beautiful, hillside, ocean front community with private beach, pool, hot tub, and tennis court located just 30 minutes south of the border. The cobblestone streets, palm trees, bougainvillea, beautiful gardens and gorgeous blue ocean make it truly spectacular! The private surf break is great for the beginner or avid surfer or you can try beach volleyball or shuffleboard. World class golf courses are nearby, along with Fox studios, several spas, horseback riding, and of course, lots of shopping. The complex is gated and guarded 24 hours a day by English speaking security guards and has a swimming pool overlooking the ocean and a hot tub. Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath house is located just row back from the beach and has captivating views from the living room, master bedroom, and deck. The upstairs of the house contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen,fireplace, and fabulous large balcony. All bedrooms are extremely large. The master bedroom has a queen size bed,a sitting area, it’s own personal bathroom, and views of the ocean. The second bedroom hosts a king bed, a small sitting area, and it's own personal full-size bathroom. Downstairs, there is a one bedroom suite with a queen size bed, sitting area, TV, and it's own personal entrance and bathroom. The house is well equipped for a fabulous vacation. The kitchen contains all the necessary amenities for great meals, along with a gas barbeque. In addition, there are two TV’s with a DVD, VCR, and stereo. High speed wireless internet is available in the unit. Washers and Dryers are available in the complex. Ceiling fans are located in all rooms to stay cool during the summer and central heat is available for the winter nights. Linens and towels are provided. Just bring your own beach towels! For larger groups, you can also rent our 4 bedroom, 3 bath house next door. The 4 bedroom house, "Bella Vista", is property # 94081. Minimum Stay Jun-Aug 4 weekend nts, Apr May Sept - 3 weekend nts,
Mimimums may be lowered if house is not rented 2 weeks prior
$200 security deposit and $35 cleaning fee.
