- Air Conditioning: The air conditioning unit in this unit keeps an excellent regulated temperature throughout the unit and the thermostat is located in the middle of the unit providing the best possible feedback to the unit to keep the condo your desired temperature.
- Washer: We have upgraded the washer and dryer this year to a full sized front loading stacked unit. So say good bye to not being able to wash clothes or towels during your stay!!! Almost all condos on the beach came with very small washer and dryers. We made this upgrade after a request from one of the previous guests. Thank you for the feedback!!

- Linens Provided: The sheets for all the beds are 800 thread count or higher...no sticky crunchy sheets here. Come get away to the beach......and have a wonderful stay in paradise!
- Covered Parking: This unit is one of the few that has covered parking to keep your vehicle out of the sun.
- Off Street Parking: The overflow lot on the north side of Front Beach road for additional vehicles makes it very nice for this 4 bedroom unit.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: We have an arrangement with a local Storage Facility for offsite storage if needed.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Ritz
We picked Panama City Beach for obvious reasons...we live here and when we travel we like to deal directly with the owner of a unit instead of some outside service who really doesn't take pride in the unit. We picked the Ocean Ritz building for 3 main reason: 1) The balcony is insane! It's so big you can unwind and relax and actually enjoy the view. Many buildings on the beach have these tiny little balconies that only one or maybe two people can sit out on...not this one! You can have half of Panama City Beach on this thing! 2) Two Master Bedrooms on the water! That's right...no fighting over who gets the Gulf Front Room. Both of the rooms open onto the balcony also, so you can slip out in the morning and not wake anyone up. 3) The location. Ocean Ritz sits right next to Super Walmart for ease of shopping for beach stuff like food and adult beverages...Ocean Ritz also sits right in the middle of the heart of Panama City Beach. Now the really cool thing is getting in and out of the building! Traffic on Front Beach Road can be challenging from time to time with a lot of vacationers. This building is right at the end of a feeder road that comes in from Middle Beach road which has less traffic so you can enjoy spending more time at the beach and not stuck getting from Point A to Point B!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
What extra do you get with our unit? Well...other than dealing with such a wonderful couple as us...you also do get a few extras. The obvious of wifi internet, free long distance calling(we all know how well concrete and cell phones work!), and ease of online booking and payment. You also get a free membership during your stay at Gold's Gym. If you health is important this can save you quite a bit of money during your stay and actually enjoy a good workout instead of trying to cram into a undersized workout facility at a normal condo complex.

We have enjoyed all of our guests and friends that we have made from renting this lovely unit out. It has been and continues to be such a great way to meet new and interesting people. We have lived in Panama City Beach since 2003. We did move away for about a year and a half and then realized that the Gulf was just to incredible so we moved back and have been loving it ever since. We are both in sales and work tends to get in the way of enjoying life like it should. We hope you all have a great time in Panama City Beach whether you stay in our getaway or stay in another unit....but I'm sure you would have a better time in ours! LOL...
