This beach front lake home is on White Earth Lake, one of the highest walleye ratings in Minnesota, over 2,000 acres of crystal clear waters, 2 islands, lake depth of 120', with boat launching at either of the 2 resorts or at the public boat launch. This lake home is located on a very private, quiet, secluded, one acre beachfront lake level lot with the perimeters lined with white paper birch and pines. If you're not catching fish one right after another enjoy the sunsets and watch and listen to the call of the loons right from the 35' deck of which 18' is covered. We have a pair that returned again this year before all of the ice was out. last year they had 2 that survived until fall.Abundant bird watching. Casual golf course only 2 miles down the road-a great course to bring the children. One story home aprox. 2,000 sq.', vaulted ceilings, great room with 60" Big screen DLP Sat.
