Welcome to #710, a desirable end unit in Emerald Isle, one of the newer buildings on the beach (2005) It's a little quieter here on the west end of Panama City Beach, but just 1.2 miles from the phenomenal Pier Park development, with a multi-screen cinema, restaurants, and more. Our location makes getting places easy--from Seaside and Rosemary Beach to the west, and the Gulfarium, golf courses, and "lively" areas of PC beach to the east. Even the new international airport is just a few miles north on Rt. 79.
Our condo-home has over 1200 sq. ft.(end units are larger) with a HUGE curved balcony overlooking 300 feet of the white sand and turquoise water the Panhandle is famous for. The master is ocean-side and has a premium KING bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 2 DOUBLE beds, private entrance to the 2nd bath and a window facing the sunrise, NOT the elevator ! Both rooms have TV's with DVD, as does the living room. If all this rest and relaxation gets too much for you, you can surf the 'net, just don't forget your laptop.
The photos show how creatively decorated the unit is--unique and comfortable ! Micro-suede furniture, pillow-top mattresses, black-out drapes and more will make your stay with us enjoyable. Our entry, kitchen and baths are all ceramic tile while the great room features high-quality wood/laminate flooring. Both bedrooms are quiet with carpet underfoot. This is not condo package decorating...
Emerald Isle offers covered parking on both sides of the street (covered catwalk), gulf front indoor and outdoor pools, giant hot tub, exercise room facing the gulf, BBQ grills and more. Sorry, but we are NON-SMOKING/NO PETS and adult renters MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD or more. We require a $200 security deposit. Fla.taxes and cleaning fees are extra.

My husband, two children and I just returned from a week vacation at this condo. It is wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone. The pictures do not do it justice. It is well furnished and was found to be very clean! Debbie was great to work with and I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat!

My family and I stayed for a week in this beautiful condo. The pictures don't do it justice...It is much better in person! The balcony is the best part....you can't beat sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee as the sun comes up. Unless you are sitting out to catch the sunset. And I cant tell you how nice it is to come home from a week long vacation with NO DIRTY LAUNDRY!! The owners are very nice and helpful with whatever you may need before, during, or after your stay. If you need to relax, unwind, and get away from the stress of your day to day life....You cant pick a better place! My family and I are already planning next years trip to stay in this condo and we have only been home for 4 days.

Awesome condo, truly enjoyed our stay! We stayed over spring break and worried about the spring breakers but found this location to be the best for families. Other comments about the comfortable master bed were not kidding, very nice, slept like a baby. We will be back!

We stayed 5/22 - 5/29 and we were very pleased with the condo. It is very spacious - 2 couples or a family could stay comfortably without gettting in each others way. The layout allows privacy with comfort. The balcony was terrrific and not crowded even with the lounge chairs, rockers and a table and chairs. The beds were great and the living room was also very comfortable when you needed time away from the beach. We have stayed in condos for the past 5 years and this is the first time I haven't felt the need to clean it before we unpacked. Parking was very accessible and the building staff were very friendly and helpful. We have recommended this one to several of our friends and plan to return next year.

This unit is as clean and comfortable as shown in the owners pics. The King size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Very comfortable. The bedroom has sliding glass doors that allowed us to hear the surf all night. We loved the large hot tub and it was hot. The indoor/outdoor pool was warm tool. New Pier Park shopping outdoor mall was nice too. We went there on our one cool/cloudy day. Thanks, Dave and Debbie we'll be back soon.

We stayed here April 2009 for spring break. This condo has the perfect view from the 7th floor as well as being an end unit. I made a mistake and didn't book early enough for this year so it was already taken. The owner was so accomodating of our dates and it was nicely furnished and clean. Would definitely go back.

This condo was just beautiful. Owners were very helpful and easy to work with. We arrived and found that the condo had not been cleaned. (Little mix-up with the cleaning folks!!) Called owner and she had someone there to clean immediately. She even called back the next day to make sure everything was to our liking. The location was toward the north end of PC, and was out of the hustle and bustle. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Beaches were clean. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely rent from this owner again. Highly recommeneded for families.

Just returned from PCB on 3/31/08. Stayed 1 week in this unit. This condo is exactly as described and the pictures are exactly as shown. It is in a perfect location and the views of the gulf from the balcony are fabulous, and oh what a balcony it is -- very large and spacious with wonderful patio furniture. Owners were very nice to work with. I would not hesitate to stay in this unit again. I wish to extend a heartfelt thanks to the owners for allowing us to use their unit as our own for our vacation.
