You won’t want to leave this great gulf front condominium! This one bedroom, one and half bathroom unit has a private balcony with a beautiful view of the emerald waters and sugar white beaches.

THE UNIT:
This fully furnished condo has a complete kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven and stove, and all cooking utensils. The bedroom has a king-size bed. There are twin bunk beds secluded off the hallway and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is also cable TV with remote and a DVD player in the living room, and a TV with remote and VCR in the bedroom. Linens are provided.

THE SUMMIT:
The Summit complex has hundreds of feet of beach, two regular adult pools, two kiddie pools, two outdoor hot tubs, one indoor hot tub, sauna, game room, workout room, night lit tennis courts, charcoal barbeque with picnic area, shuffleboard, tiki hut by the pool, high speed internet cafe (free internet access) with ice cream shop, restaurant, kids playground right on the beach, Bikini Bobs Restaurant, plenty of parking, 24 hour security, and beach souvenir shop. You can rent a beach chair for your convenience and during the peak seasons, you can rent jet skis or go parasailing.

LOCATION:
The Summit is in a great location. Restaurants just steps away include Hammerhead Fred’s and Spinnaker. A short drive away you’ll find some other favorite restaurants: Pineapple Willy’s, Captain Anderson’s, Angelo’s Steak Pit, Pompano’s, The Treasure Ship, and countless others. St. Andrew’s State Park is a short drive away, along with the marina, several golf courses, Zoo World, the new Ripley’s Believe It or Not, mini-golf, and countless other entertainment options.

This is a non-smoking unit, pets are not allowed, and subleasing is not allowed.

  • Hi- The condo was nice, clean and attractive, the view was spectacular, but we could still hear the ocean. The Summit is an older condo complex, but it is well taken care of and clean. Kelli is a dream to deal with, prompt and courteous, it was one of the smoothest rental transactions I've ever had. The only bad part of my vacation was the week I chose which was unfortunately during "Thunder Beach" bike week-noise, traffic, crowds-all the things I went on vacation to get away from were all right there (plus cigarettes all over the beach and rowdies at the pool), but that part of the vacation was out of Kelli's control, but if you are planning a quiet vacation to the beach, be sure to check in the months of May and September and make sure "Thunder Beach" isn't going on at the same time.
