THE UNIT:
This fully furnished condo has a complete remodeled kitchen which includes all appliances and cooking utensils. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and separate sink. There are twin bunk beds secluded off the hallway and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is also a 37" high-definition TV with remote and a DVD player in the living room, and a TV with remote and VCR in the bedroom. Linens are provided.
THE SUMMIT:
The Summit complex cannot be beat in Panama City Beach! It has hundreds of feet of beach, two regular adult pools, two kiddie pools, two outdoor hot tubs, one indoor hot tub, sauna, game room, workout room, night lit tennis courts, charcoal barbeque with picnic area, shuffleboard, tiki hut by the pool, high speed internet cafe (free internet access) with ice cream shop, restaurant, kids playground right on the beach, Bikini Bobs Restaurant, plenty of parking, 24 hour security, and beach souvenir shop. You can rent a beach chair for your convenience and during the peak seasons, you can rent jet skis or go parasailing.
LOCATION:
The Summit is in a great location. Restaurants just steps away include Hammerhead Fred’s and Spinnaker. A short drive away you’ll find some other favorite restaurants: Pineapple Willy’s, Captain Anderson’s, Angelo’s Steak Pit, Pompano’s, The Treasure Ship, and countless others. St. Andrew’s State Park is a short drive away, along with the marina, several golf courses, Zoo World, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, mini-golf, and countless other entertainment options.

This is a non-smoking unit, pets are not allowed, and subleasing is not allowed. The minimum age to rent is 22.

Why the Owner Chose The Summit
We live in the local Panama City Beach area. We chose to buy at The Summit because we love the amenities offered - huge beach front, tennis, pools, playground, etc. It is within walking distance to great restaurants and fun entertainment spots. Also, there is 24 hour security and restricted access to the property, which is hard to find.

Stayed there last week and had an excellent time. Kelli is very nice to work with. Our door to the balcony was not working properly and she had someone out there in no time to fix it. The security on the premises is great! Close to all attractions. The condo itself was very clean and nice and we just had an excellent time. Thanks!!!!

This is a lovely unit that was clean and had everything we needed already there. We rarely had to get in the car, we were within walking distance of Hammerhead Fred's and Emerald Falls. The on-property amenities at The Summit are second to none. Everything you need is right there on site. The property owner is just outstanding in every way, and I will recommend her to everyone I can.

We had a marvelous time. We were up every single morning sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins jumping and frolicking in the water. It was awesome. We did not have to worry about anything. Everything was in the condo and the bed was so huge and comfortable. The pressure in the shower was great. But the view, the view was the most remarkable thing ever. I was so amazed that we could sit on the balcony virtually every morning for a few hours and watch the dolphins, We even saw a baby shark one day. It was awesome. I have told several people about the condo and about how nice it was.

Myself, husband and our 18 month old son had a wonderful relaxing week at this condo. The beachfront view was awesome and we spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying it. The beach is a convenient elevator ride downstairs which made it easy to go back and forth to/from the condo for our son's short attention span! There are also 2 pools and kiddie pools to enjoy and a nice swingset on the beach. The unit was very clean and well maintained, and the kitchen was easy to cook in. The Summit is also close to grocery stores and attractions, making it easy to travel around town. We'll definitely stay here again : )

We had a great time. The condo had plenty of room for my wife and I and 4 kids. It was clean and the kitchen is well equipped with dishes and utensils. The place looked just like the pictures. My wife said she wanted a good view of the beach and she wasn't disappointed. Everyone wanted to eat on the balcony, so they could see the beach and hear the waves. The beach is beautiful here and the water is wonderful. The pools were well maintained as were the rest of the facilities. By the end of the 1st day my wife and 8 year old were talking about moving down to Panama City:) Although we brought more than we needed, we still made a few quick trips to Walmart a few miles away. I thought things might be a little higher in a beach town, but was surprised that prices in the stores were comparable to home. The staff at the Summit were friendly and more than happy to answer any questions we had about the area. We were looking for a relaxing week at the beach and we couldn't have asked for better place than here. My teenagers loved it. We will probably do more activities next time as there appears to be an endless number of activities to do around here. It was a great value and we hope to return next year. We have already began recommending it to friends.

This is the 3rd year in a row my family and I have stayed at the Summit and, once again, we had a fantastic time. Kelli, your condo was impeccably clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to ensure a great vacation. The view is absolutely fantastic from the 10th floor! Thanks for helping us make this summer's vacation possible. Panama City is our home, and even though we're stuck in Oklahoma right now, seeing the beautiful Gulf and white sand makes living away bearable. Thanks for the sand, the salt air, the smells, the fun, the incredible people at Bikini Bob's and the front desk crew at the Summit. We hope to get back before next Summer and we'd like to rent your place again if it's available.

Our family stay at this unit was great. The description of the place was "better than" accurate as it is located a quick walk to several shops and restaurants. "Hammer-Head Fred" is a reasonably priced restaurant located across the street where we enjoyed a meal. The building is equipped and maintained professionally with every thing your need for a pleasant rest. We look forward to a return visit.
