In July 2010 we stayed at this home for a week. This isn't really a condo, but felt more like a townhome ---- it is definitely more spacious than the pictures indicate. It was more than enough for my husband, son, dog and a guest family that stayed with a couples day. The home had easy access to the beach, restaurants and other amenities in the area. It was great sitting out on the deck and watching the boats and all of the neighbors were VERY friendly! You can tell the community takes pride in their area. The only drawback is that this home has the potential to be an A+ but shows more like a B-. The bedroom carpets had stains (I'm assuming from other dogs), the downstairs bedroom didn't have enough lighting & circulation,and the upstairs AC was freezing - you either had to be hot or really cold. Overall it was a great stay but with some minor tweaks this place could be a gem!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Awesome villa; we never wanted to leave the back patio with views of the Marina and the constant breeze (it was 100 degrees during our stay!). Before I even came back home I was reserving my return trip. We'll be back! Thank you for such a well kept and equipped condo - it made our get away effortless.

Everything about our stay was magical. We enjoyed the scenic drive out, the freshly blooming jasmine on the front patio, the views and the sumptuous decor. We were much more than comfortable, we found ourselves in constant delight. We couldn't have asked for more. THANK YOU!

Jonathan and I came to get married on Seabrook Island and stayed here for a three night stay. We fell in love with this beautiful condo at Bohicket and did not want to leave. The view is amazing(fabulous sunsets) and it is so peaceful and relaxing here. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, walking on the pier and talking with the owners of the shops. We ate at Up Da Creek and thought it was very good. We WILL be going back and highly recommend it!!
