This affordable condo is located on the world’s most beautiful beaches near the south end of the Hotel Zone, about three fourths of a mile North of Club Med. It is only fifteen minutes away from the airport. It is three minutes away from Wet and Wild and eight minutes away from most important shopping centers: La Isla, Kukulcan Plaza, Flamingos Plaza, Plaza Forum, and Caracol Plaza right in the heart of Cancun and the Convention Center.
The complex has a large swimming pool and a separate pool for children. Both overlook the ocean. Lounge chairs and awnings are available at the pool. Coffee/snack and a deli/store with beverages and all types of basic supplies are available on site.
Cabanas are on the beach offering shade for those wishing stay out of the sun while enjoying the beautiful blue water. This is a family owned complex without a lot of confusion or noise. It is a great place to relax with the family enjoying the sun, sand, and connectedness of a happy family.
For families or parties of more than four there is an adjoining (and private) unit upstairs that also has two double beds. It is a larger unit that includes a bathroom, shower, bathtub, closet, TV, and ocean view. No kitchenette services available upstairs.
Cancun Hotel Zone is 25 kilometers long and it has beautiful white sand beaches. It is situated 87 miles away from Chichen-Itza, 70 miles from Tulum, 40 miles from Cozumel and six miles from Isla Mujeres. Cancún has some of the finest restaurants and night clubs in the world.
