Second Floor has 3 bedrooms all with their own baths, great room with granite island kitchen that seats 8 and adjoins dining area that seats 6, living room/entertainment area with plasma TV/DVD, 2 decks -- one with ocean and pool views. Cable TV in every bedroom.

Third floor can be combined with the second or rented separately as a master suite(murphy bed in living room) or 2 bedroom/2 bath. Separate area has full wetbar with coffee maker, microwave fridge/ice. Separate entrance and deck with awesome ocean views, 2 tvs. Perfect getaway for couples who want to just relax and enjoy the ocean view from private deck. Sleeps 2-4.
House is located on a private street that dead ends into the beach. The pool/spa/park with large grill is next door, and guests can walk just a few steps to the boardwalk to the beach and casual restaurant on the beach. Bike or golf cart (rentals available) to restaurants, shopping, 2 marinas, deep-sea and bay fishing.
