Come enjoy a large gulf view POOL home in a duplex on one of Anna Maria's tranquil, non-crowded family beaches. Seashells by the Sea is perfect for large family gatherings. It is a 6 bedroom, 4 bath duplex, with 3 bedrooms each side, located just feet from the sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Each side has 3 bedrooms, with 2 bedrooms up and 1 bedroom down. You can rent as a whole unit and as individual sides.
Watch the sunset from the back or front deck, while you enjoy the salty breeze. The top sundeck has a retractable awning and down the steps, a path leads to the beach. Outside hot and cold showers are convenient to clean off those sandy feet. Under the house is an enclosed laundry area that has parking, storage space, as well as a washer and dryer.
Newly renovated, each side has new flooring, living room and kitchen furniture and bedding. Living rooms have Cable televisions with VCR, DVDs and stereos. Each side features a full kitchen with new appliances. On the upper floor, the master bedrooms feature king beds and the second bedroom is furnished with twins. The downstairs bedrooms feature queen beds and private baths. A small refrigerator adds extra privacy and convenience.
Anna Maria streets are perfect for biking, skating, walking or jogging and bike rentals are available nearby. Located close to the City Pier, restaurants and ice cream parlors, there is plenty to do if you ever tire of watching dolphins from your deck, taking the kids shelling or going out for a moonlight beach walk, looking for turtles and crabs.
