The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and beautiful cabinetry. There is a large, flat screen High Definition TV, with Bose home theater system, for your entertainment. Enjoy spectacular sunsets on the balcony, overlooking pristine beach.
The property (38th St.)is just an elevator ride to the beach and just a few steps to the newly extended pier (37th St.) for fishing. Come and truly escape to paradise. Mexico Beach is very laid back but with good restaurants and great fresh seafood, and a short scenic drive to Apalachicola and St. George Island. For a great side trip by ferry for picnic and shelling on uninhabited St. Vincent Island, just call Captain Joey when you are ready to go. Remember to get back to Mexico Beach for the sunsets. We now have free long distance service to US and CANADA.

Why the Owner Chose Mexico Beach
We had been vacationing in Mexico Beach with friends from Louisville, Ky for over 20 years. We had sons the same age. When I got to where I could actually picture future grandchildren playing in the beautiful white sand, I knew I had to have a place in Mexico Beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I love that our unit faces west so that we have beautiful sunsets off our balcony. I love that we are on the beach and are a short elevator ride to putting our toes in the sand. Decorating the condo was one of my all time joys since it was the first time I outfitted a home top to bottom. Color scheme, art work, kitchen gadgets, luxurious linens, fun dinner ware, better theater system than we have at home, considering every detail was so much fun.

Thank you for sharing your condo, we had a wonderful week. Thanks for the things to do list, we couldn't squeeze it all in but we enjoyed all we did from the list. The kids enjoyed the uncrowded beaches and pool. We saw a lot of big catches from the pier. Sunsets are great here. the big boys went fishing with Mitch of Florideze Charters and we got so sick of fish we ended up giving some away. The grill was great and easy to use.
