Our location is on seven miles of beach, putting you conveniently close to restaurants, shops and evening entertainment, but far enough away from the congestion of Georgetown. Cayman Reef Resort is located on the prime area of Seven Mile Beach, where calm, warm, turquoise water meets pure white sand. With our crystal clear water, you can snorkel right in front, in water that is bathtub temperature.
Because this is our personal vacation retreat, it is meticulously maintained and we have all the conveniences of home. Being on the ground floor, you can walk right out to the swimming pool and tropical gardens or beyond that, the beach. Our condo is newly decorated in a colorful Caribbean motif. You will feel comfortable, yet impressed. If you stay at our condo, you will never see a more beautiful sunset or walk a more beautiful beach. The only drawback is that your stay will not be long enough!

We just got home from staying at this rental for 10 amazing days and had a wonderful time! Kathy, the owner, is a joy to work with. The condo itself is totally ideal - just as the photos show. It’s very close to the beach, as well as entertainment, restaurants, water sports, etc. I liked that this condo is located near some delicious yet inexpensive restaurants, including Chicken Chicken and Cimboco. If you have postcards to mail, the post office is also very nearby. The condo itself is bright, clean and very well-maintained. I appreciated having all the extra comforts of home that hotels simply don’t have to offer, including extra pillows/blankets,etc. It was great having a stocked, full kitchen, allowing us to save lots of money by cooking some meals at home rather than eating out, and it also allowed us to be able to keep leftovers. Go down to the grocery store and pick up some local seafood, chicken, or whatever you like, and create a feast at home for a fraction of the price of restaurants. The bedroom, including a king size bed, was very comfortable. We also enjoyed having all the cable tv channels. We went scuba diving with Living the Dream Divers and they were happy to pick us up at the condo. This vacation rental is a “home run” and we highly recommend for others to stay here. Great rental for a great value! You'll have a blast here.

My wife and I stayed here for a week, and absolutely enjoyed our experience 100%! To start, there is a very short walk from the parking space to the ground floor condo, and just a 2-3 steps to go up/down when hauling your gear. There is a nice large shower for rinsing your gear, and a nicely sized screened in deck with a ceiling fan to dry your wetsuits. The living/dining area has comfortable furniture, and the dining table was perfect for me to manage all the underwater photo/video gear, with 4 plugs close by for charging batteries. The kitchen had everything we needed, and with Kirks Supermarket just around the corner, we saved a lot of cash by making our own breakfast and lunch. The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of king sized pillows, and plenty of drawers to stow your bathing suits. The screened in deck walks out to the pool, and Seven Mile Beach another 30 seconds away. The pool gets some good morning and afternoon shade, so it was very refreshing and inviting. Divers Supply is right across the street, and there are 3-4 restaurants in walking distance. We always enjoy Friday evening at Royal Palms, which was a 2 minute walk down the beach, and enjoy their Conch Fritters, and Calypso Band. If you don't rent a car, most dive groups will pick you up. We dive with DNS Diving, and they will take you out North, or SMB/West, your choice. The owner of this unit was very pleasant to work with, even when we had to change our date two times! The unit was clean, had lots of towels, and was well maintained. The manager even came by to say hello, and was quick to produce a hair dryer when was asked if one was available. We rented the unit during the low season, so it was a great bargain. If you are a diving couple, I highly recommend this unit.

I just spent the last 7 days in heaven. Condo was just as described. Check in and out were a breeze. The Location was perfect. Located across the street from dive shops and resturants. This was perfect for my husband and I. There were tons of towels and beach loungers. Only a quick 2 minute walk to the crystal clear waters. We will definitely be repeat customers. I would highly recommend this location if you were travelling with children. The beach is not among the hustle and bustle of the large resorts, but you are close enough to walk to them.

Very happy with our rental experience - the condo was just as advertised, and it was great to have all the extra comforts you would not get in a hotel room - beach floats, an abundance of beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a selection of books and games as well as a great set of brochures on things to do Well maintained and clean, and the owner was easy to work with. The location was central to both Georgetown as well as all parts of 7-Mile Beach, though would recommend a rental car to get around. Pool was close by, and the Beach was at most a 2 minute walk. Definitely would recommend this for anyone looking for a nice, clean, affordable accommodation on Grand Cayman
