Casa del Callejon offers you the perfect vacation home in the beautiful city of San Miguel de Allende.

Three bedrooms home, intimate and cozy, perfectly located on a quiet ‘callejon’ (small street) at the western edge of San Miguel’s historic Centro. The street is so narrow at one end that most cars can’t pass through.

Located just three blocks to the Plaza Principal and only steps to world class restaurants, galleries and shopping. One block west of the house you can enjoy the plaza of San Juan de Dios church and a little further, one of San Miguel’s largest indoor-outdoor markets where you’ll find fresh produce, flowers, butchers, artisans and music.

The first floor features a large warm entry hall, guest bedroom with twin beds, a full bath and a very large well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is graced with a tiled fireplace next to a large pine country dining table. The tall window over the sink provides light and a view of the courtyard where you’ll enjoy outdoor meals next to the fountain or evening drinks surrounded by flowering vines and an outdoor fireplace.

On the second level of the home you find a large formal living room with fireplace, double couches, intimate lighting and French doors to the front and rear, looking down into your private courtyard. Through a small hallway you reach two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and ensuite bath. The second is the master bedroom with a queen bed, a fireplace and ensuite bath. When bathing in the tiled tub, the window to the courtyard provides a view of neighboring trees or star-filled nights.

Up one flight from the living room, the roof terrace functions as another outdoor room with lounge chairs for sunning, potted plants and a table and chairs for dining and reading. The expansive terrace provides sweeping views in every direction.
