My husband and I have stayed here 2 years in a row and plan to go back next year for sure the owners are the nicest people with incredible communication skills and this townhouse is very clean and very close to shops and restaurants You will not be sorry if you rent from these owners.

We stayed for 10 days in November 2011 and were very impressed with this unit. It is spacious, well organized and quite clean. There were lots of kitchen, cleaning and bathroom supplies and everything else that we needed. The appliances are good quality and in good working order. The BBQ is one of the best I have found at a rental property. Marshall and Claire were very responsive to our questions and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this unit to anyone planning a visit to Tucson.

We would highly recommend this property - the owners were very kind and helpful and the condo was in excellent condition. We loved the views overlooking the golf course and watching the golfers play. Anyone who stays here can be assured of having a lovely, restful vacation.

The Kleins were most gracious and helpful. They greeted us as we arrived, visited in the middle and said goodbye the day we left. I was rteally imnpressed that they returned our security deposit before we left after examining the house. This process usuaqly takes 2-4 weeks. I was also impressede that they required only the security deposit andf half the rent prior to arriving there. The condo was in excelloent condition, with tasteful furnishing and loads of reading materials and movies. We enjoyed it.
