This adorable 1940’s retro 2-bedroom/2-bath cottage has been combined from 2 units into 1 large unit. The cottage is on 4 1/2 acres of property with 6 other cottages and is right next to the largest lake in California, Clear Lake.
A large recreation room with pool table, ping-pong table & BBQ grill is available for guests. There is also a large pier for docking your boat. Clear Lake is a world-renowned bass fishing lake. Enjoy fishing, as well as power boating, sailing, jet skiing, and swimming. Boat rentals are available in Lakeport. The cottage is located in the same historic town of Kelseyville as Konocti Harbor Resort & Spa - Where there are concerts all Spring through Fall. Wine tasting is also available at the double gold awarded wineries around Clearlake.
