  Rented condo for annual girls weekend. Mike ,the owner,was extremely easy to work with and very accomodating. The condo was very spacious,comfortable and short walk to beautiful beach.. Porch had nice ocean view and even though street side,very quiet. The complex has couple of pools,plenty of chairs and onsite restaurant/bar. We found ladies who work in office at check in and the restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for stress free time.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  This was the 2nd year we stayed at Mike's Tybee Island condo, and everything was perfect again. The unit is lovelier than the photos, very clean, and with everything you could possibly need for a great time. The rooms are nicely furnished the view of the beach is gorgeous, and the weather was perfect - 60's at night, high 70's in the day. We were in town for the Savannah 1/2 marathon again. Tybee Island is convenient to the Savannah historic district (25 minutes by car), but with the added benefit of being at the beach. It's the best of both worlds.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

  Our stay at your condo was great. The condo was clean and the decor was very nice, inviting and comfortable. I would definitely reccomend your condo to anyone seeking a place to stay on the island. The location is convenient and like I stated above, the condo is very nice.

  We had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and nothing in need of repair. It is the best condo we have stayed in so far for our needs. Great view from the 3rd floor. Beds were very comfortable. If we are able to come back next year we will stay here. All we could ask for and had everything we needed. You made the rental process very easy and check in was easy too. Thanks for making our vacation so great.

  Hi Mike, My family and I really enjoyed your condo and all the amenities. It was very well stocked and that was new for us. The only thing I would have liked would have been a tv in the second bedroom. Otherwise we loved it there. Thank you for sharing your place.

  My family of 4 spent the Savannah Rock & Roll Marathon weekend at Mike's condo, and had a wonderful time! It had everything we could possible want plus niceties - lots of dishes, comfortable furnishings, and even books/magazines to read & night lights. The location is convenient to Savannah, yet far enough away from the Savannah hustle to be relaxing. The sunrises from the balcony were breathtaking! We'd love to return some time for a longer stay.   The condo was awesome. Clean, modern, and confortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and conveniences. Hubby and I loved the larger bedroom with the whirlpool tub, walkin closet, and balcany entrance. Slept like babies in the king sized bed. Our son (13) enjoyed having his own bedroom and bathroom. Moved the twins together to make a queen size bed for him. Our teen let us know that he appreciated all the channels available on the large screen TV. Pools were a little smaller than expected but the convenience of having the outdoor bar/restraurant right there was incrediable. We could also get to the beach from the pool area. A chair and umbrella rental kiok was right there for our convenience. Highly recommend this property because it is a great deal and the folks are great to deal with.

  We spent more of our time in Savannah than on Tybee but loved knowing that we had a quiet, comfortable "home" to come back to each evening. Our grandson (late teens) was with us and was thrilled to have such a nice bedroom and bath that was his alone. Thanks for making your condo available and we will most certainly contact you on our next trip to Savannah.
