Our beautifully decorated, two bedroom townhouse with loft is a great vacation spot for your family. With tennis courts, two pools, and walkways to the beach, you discover days of relaxation and fun for the whole family. A newly screened porch has just been added!
The main floor has a full kitchen, family room with TV/ DVD/VCR and private deck with gas grill. One of three private lakes at rear of the townhouse will provide hours of enjoyment for kids and parents. A playground is located directly across from this unit in Barrier Dunes, a gated community. Dining area with window seat, half bath, and ceiling fans make your vacation comfortable and so relaxing.
The upper level master bedroom has King bed, private bath, private balcony with lakeview, TV/VCR, ceiling fan, and more. The second bedroom provides a Queen-size bed, private bath, TV/DVD/VCR, ceiling fan, sliding patio doors leading to a private deck. Full-size washer, dryer and ironing board for your use, located on the second level. A spiral staircase leads to a bonus loft with two twin beds, TV/VCR. This provides a great area for older children and teens to enjoy. Our new a/c unit keeps this area nice and cool.
Let your adventurous side soar with snorkeling, boating, fishing, hiking, cycling or any of the water sports you care for right at your door. You can relax at one of the local area restaurants or let your inner gourmet loose by preparing the fresh local seafood from Appalachicola area.

Year Purchased: 1999
My parents had always wanted a real family vacation home for all of our family to enjoy. Their dream came true when my sister Sandy found this wonderful townhouse during a last minute vacation. It has now become a place that we enjoy with our friends and family year round. We hope we can share some of the things that make great family memories for generations to come. Cape San Blas is "The Best" place to begin those traditions of family vacations.

This property was extremely comfortable, well stocked, and had everything we needed. The landlord, Dan, was prompt in answering my questions and very nice to talk to. It was our first trip to the area, and this home was just perfect for us. We had the best family vacation so far!

This condo was much more than we expected. I am a clean-freak and usually clean a place upon arrival. But this place passed even MY perfectionist standards. How nice it was to not have to clean! The place was also well-furnished and amply decorated. Very "homey." While there is really no ocean view (other than from the loft bedroom), the place itself made up for it. And we enjoyed the short walk to the ocean several times a day. The shelling is beyond belief. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would love to go there again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
