In addition to its' prime location on Thomas Drive, The Summit offers many amenities such as an Ice Cream Shop, computer & internet access , two Olympic-size pools, two baby pools, two hot tubs, a game room, work-out rooms with saunas, lighted tennis courts, a tiki bar, on site bar & grill, snack bar... the list goes on and on.
Our WONDERFULLY DECORATED 6th floor condo. Our renters have raved about how nice it was to stay in such a WELL MAINTAINED condo and that with its RICH, VIBRANT COLORS and BEAUTIFUL NAUTICAL DECOR, they were the envy of many people who walked by while the door happened to be open. With its' MANY AMMENETIES, CLEANLINESS and GORGEOUS DECOR, you will surely never want to stay anywhere else.
In the family room, this condominium is furnished with a 32-inch TV with VCR/DVD player and queen-size sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED, so you will have everything you need for preparing meals. It has a table for four as well as a breakfast bar with 2 stools. It also has a washer/dryer.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed,two night stands and a mirrored dresser. It also has a 19" TV that is situated inside of a BEAUTIFUL HANDPAINTED AMOIRE, which also has drawers, so there is plenty of room to unpack and make yourself at home. There are also twin bunk beds that have been built in an alcove in the hallway for additional sleeping space.

*Rent is due at least 21 days prior to your check-in date.
*Check-in time is 3:00pm/Check-out time is 10:00am (Central Time)
*Deposit and Rent are to be paid by Money Order or Credit Card.

Myself and five friends were looking for a condo at The Summit for our spring break vacation in 2013 and stumbled across Terry's second floor unit. We coordinated with the owner by email and phone, and were able to work out a good payment plan. He was very easy to work and communicate with, and was flexible around our ever-changing college budgets. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find the condo just as described in the listing. We stayed on the second floor, right above the pool. It was the perfect location to avoid using the 15-story elevator and be near the pool scene. The condo was in great shape and it had all the amenities that we needed. No strings attached, we found a good one! Would not hesitate to rent from this owner a second time.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

This condo is very clean, it had all the little extra's which are not always included, a great deal for the price! We have stayed at the Summit for several years & we will make sure Michelle will be our 1st call in the yrs to come. 6th Floor is great, view is awesome, condo is very relaxing and the decor was fun and comfortable. We had a great time and look forward to our next trip. The owners are extremely nice to work with. The beach was as clean as we have ever seen it.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
