This is our 7th season renting our WONDERFULLY DECORATED 6th floor condo. For the past 6 years, our renters have raved about how nice it was to stay in such a WELL MAINTAINED condo and that with its RICH, VIBRANT COLORS and BEAUTIFUL NAUTICAL DECOR, they were the envy of many people who walked by while the door happened to be open. With its' MANY AMMENETIES, CLEANLINESS and GORGEOUS DECOR, you will surely never want to stay anywhere else. In the family room, this condominium is furnished with a 32-inch TV with VCR/DVD player and queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED, so you will have everything you need for preparing meals. It has a table for four as well as a breakfast bar with 2 stools. Brand new washer/dryer just installed September, 2005. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed,two night stands and a mirrored dresser. It also has a 19" TV that is situated inside of a BEAUTIFUL HANDPAINTED AMOIRE, which also has drawers, so there is plenty of room to unpack and make yourself at home. There are also twin bunk beds that have been built in an alcove in the hallway for additional sleeping space. *$100 Deposit due within 7 days of confirming your reservation. *Rent is due at least 14 days prior to your check-in date. *Deposit to hold your reservation is refundable with at least 30 days cancellation notice. *Check-in time is 3:00pm/Check-out time is 10:00am (Central Time) *Deposit and Rent are to be paid by Money Order or Cashiers Check.
