This gorgeous DIRECT OCEANFRONT corner apartment on the third floor was COMPLETELY REMODELED AND REDECORATED JULY 2008. ONLY 60 FEET FROM THE SHORELINE & WHITE SANDY BEACHES! Over 1500 sq.ft. of elegant yet comfortable living area accommodates four non-smoking adults. Relax and listen to the waves crashing on the shoreline while tucked among the palms framing your view to world famous Kaanapali Beach, Black Rock and the islands of Lanai and Molokai. 'I'm going to save you a lot of time. We spent a month in spring 2008 in Maui & walked all the available condo properties from N. Wailea to Kapalua. This is the best of the condo complexes by owners available. A number are 60's and 70's complexes that are just so tired. Some of the complexes looked nice on the Internet--not so nice when you walk them. Read the reviews on Mahana. In the photos it looks a bit dark, it isn’t. It’s rich and luxurious. The living room has windows on three sides for a view that surrounds you. Amazing furnishings and detail, every square inch. It's a corner unit with windows on the ocean and side toward the pool. It's the right condo complex, the right unit with the right owners. If it's available just stop here, it's the one. After you stay in Mahana #301 anything else will seem a distant second. Why the Owner Chose Mahana
When making the decision to purchase in Maui we didn't think twice about the Mahana. It is truly a VERY UNIQUE PROPERTY. Every condo is ALL OCEANFRONT...ALL THE TIME. The Mahana is situated closest to the white sandy beaches and shoreline of Kaanapali. Mahana 301 is on the third floor and when entering the apartment you sense that the ocean is right is at your feet. One guest made the comment that "it feels like I can jump off the lanai right into the ocean!" Our condo is within minutes to fine dining, a wide range of outdoor activities, world-class shopping, cultural events and more. There was absolutely no question that we had made the right choice when choosing Mahana 301!

Jeff and I fell in love with Maui when we first visited with our three daughters in 1989. Each time we returned we dreamed that one day we would be able to own a piece of "paradise." We were fortunate enough to be able to purchase Mahana 301 and have never regretted it. Every year we try to visit and celebrate our wedding anniversary which makes the occasion especially memorable. Now are daughters are all grown up and also enjoy visiting with their loved ones and friends. We enjoy assisting our guests in their vacation needs...making sure everything is just as they would like when they arrive. When you visit Maui and Mahana 301 you will never want to leave!

The Norcross family from Maryland had a great vacation in Maui! We celebrated our 20th anniversary with our two daughters - it was very special for us. Your condo made us feel right at home, and of course the non-stop view was a treat every day. We enjoyed snorkeling at many near-by beaches, as well as a fun filled trip to Molokini. Our favorite restaurants were The Gazebo - great location, nice people, fresh food, happy, friendly place; and Bubba Gumps - fun atmosphere, happy friendly people, good food, large portions.
