The building includes a 1st floor parking garage, an elevator to all levels of the building, central laundry facilities, bike storage, and a year-round heated pool with new Jacuzzi and fire pit. A car isn't necessary since you are within walking distance to everything: historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, movie theater, the skate park, ice skating, City Park and the free Park City bus system (the bus stop is steps away). The bus can take you to skiing at Deer Valley and The Canyons, additional movie theatres and shopping at Redstone Shopping Center, the Outlet Stores, and the Utah Olympic Park (2002 Winter Olympic games site). During the warmer months there is mountain biking at all 3 resorts, plenty of golf, hiking, world class fly fishing, ballooning, and 2 nearby lakes for water activities.
