Heavenly Palms (formerly known as "A Promise Kept") is a beautiful, upscale home with a private heated pool, elevator and yard with lots of palm trees. There is separate fenced area from the pool for pets.

Located in a nice beachfront community, this beautifully decorated home is only one tier back from the beach and has an unobstructed view to the beach in front. It is only 100 steps to dedicated community beach access. The home has a large 14 by 30 private swimming pool, which will be heated starting fall 2009.

Heavenly Palms has great wrap-around decks with walkouts from 2 beach-side king bedrooms and from the living and dining rooms, with lots of seating and awesome views.

This home has everything to make your vacation memorable. Spacious living area with over 3000 square feet of living space on 3 floors. High ceilings and upscale finishing touches with great views from the kitchen, dining area, living rooms.

The home is fully handicap accessible with the elevator access on all three levels.

Wake up in the master bedroom on the third level which features king bed and tall windows for a great view of the beach and Water. The master bath features two separate rooms, one for the whirlpool tub and one for the shower and toilet. There is a huge master closet and a large deck off the master bedroom. On this level there are also 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom. The beachside bedroom has a king bed and walkout to the deck. The third bedroom has double bunks with twins over trundles, sleeping a max of 6. The laundry room is conveniently located on this bedroom level.

On the second level, you will find an open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room. Kitchen and dining/living are separated by bar with seating for 6. The dining table is has seating for 8. The deck looks out at the beach and you have 2 tables, each with seating for 6 and a bar with seating for 4. A bathroom is located on this level right next to a bedroom with queen bed.

The first floor level has a bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with private back door to grassy back yard, pool area and an outdoor hot and cold shower. This bathroom has an outside entrance for easy access to the bathroom from the pool area. There is also an outside shower.

Covered parking for at least two vehicles and a door to the elevator is located on this level.


Amenities include private heated inground swimming pool and a fenced yard.

For communication, the home has wireless high speed internet access, free unlimited long distance to U.S. and Canada in case your cell phones aren’t working. In this area, cell phone service is often not available. Washer/dryer and dishwasher, A/C, of course. Home has large, yard, grill, stereo, cable TV 5 TV's each with VCR or DVD. Linens and towels are provided. The golf course is only 5 miles away.

We have no high rises in the area and you can walk down the beach and barely see another sole outside of spring and summer peak weeks. You can leave your chairs and shelter on the beach and ready for you to come back down to it after your refreshing swim in the private pool.

The beaches are pet-friendly too and were rated #1 pet-friendly beach by K-9 magazine. Even some of the nearby restaurants have outside decks and are pet-friendly.

  • We just returned from Heavenly Palms. The house is roomy, very comfortable, and absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was fantastick! We felt completely safe with our children there. I loved that the little ones couldn't get in the pool area without an adult to open the gate or door. The heated pool was great! I just can't say enough good things about the house and location. Thank you so much for making our family vacation a great success! We can't wait until next year!

  • We just returned from a wonderful stay at Heavenly Palms. I can't say enough good things about this house and the rental company. The house was more than spacious for our 12 people, and we lacked nothing during our stay. If you are looking for amazing views of the gulf, look no further. Nearly every window you looked out in the master bedroom and bathroom had an awesome view of the beach and ocean. The main front porch was also great for reading, playing games, or just relaxing as you watched the waves. The pool area was great and had plenty of chairs for sunbathing. Despite the rainy weather that we had, I would recommend this house for a wonderful vacation.

  • Heavenly Palms was a great choice for our vacation rental! The home is more beautiful in person than any pictures could ever represent. An elevator in this 3-story home made unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. Our 2 dogs Lexie and Baxter really enjoyed being able to stay with us outside in the fenced yard. All amenities inside and outside the home are just wonderful. We have visited the Cape San Blas/Port Saint Joe area before and really love it. The beautiful pet friendly beaches and quiet area keep us returning. Thank you for maintaining and sharing such a great place with us!

  • Heavenly Palms is a beautiful home in a wonderful area called Indian Pass. Located within 20 minutes of either Port St. Joe or Apalachicola where there are many nice restaurants and shopping. Cape San Blas is just down the road and offers pristine white sand and some of the most beautiful beaches in the US. The home itself is beautifully maintained and yard is kept manicured perfect with details given to space for your pet. The floors are hardwood pine gives a flair which the typically beach house with cold tile floors do not. The house is large enough to accomodate most any large family with or without children and is great for elder or younger families. I, being a home owner for many years out on the Cape, found this area to be much more relaxing and beautiful for rental property. It's in a small subdivision with only one row of beach front and one row of 1st tier homes....all of which are beautiful and yards manicured to go along with the picture like settings all around. Sunset Reflections Vacation Rentals is a most professional and excellent rental company. Rex and Anne Anderson, owners, are very attentive to your every need. Whether "Heavenly Palms" is your choice of vacation rental home or one of the many others, the service and attention given to you will be unmatched.
