This is a new slope-side condo construction with old-time Vermont feel. Visitors uniformly comment on the relaxing setting and the awesome skiing. The condo is ski in - ski out with a convenient ski closet right outside the entrance. It really doesn't get any better than that. The condo is Internet-friendly.
For skiing Vermont, Jay Peak has no equal. There is also a beautiful wooded nordic/snowshoe trail system.
Jay Peak now has a beautiful golf course with dramatic views of the mountain: we are a 1/2 mile up the hill from the course. The area features fantastic hiking (the Vermont Long Trail cuts through Jay Peak), mountain biking, road biking (awesome climb up Route 242!), stream fishing, and waterholes for swimming.
If you don't feel like cooking there are great restaurants in nearby Jay and Montgomery.

Great, end unit condo. Ski in and Ski out to Grammy Jay trail, down to the Village Chair. The condo was warm, spacious and comfortable for our group of six people. We arrived to a very clean, the kitchen area was supplied with all the basics you would need, all appliances worked well. If you are planning on cooking multiple meals the resort grocery store has some basics but you'll need to venture out for anything above that. The owner was very good about responding to our questions within a day. The photos do not do this unit justice as it is a beautiful interior with great slopeside views.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with young children.

Jay Peak is favorite place of ours and this rental is at the very top of our list for when we return. The owners were wonderful to work with, the condo was beautiful, and being ski in/ski out cannot be beat.

We stayed at this condo over the first weekend in April and absolutely loved it! It's very well maintained, clean, has a great floor plan for a ski condo and is right on the slopes. It's an end unit and on the top floor so it stays quiet, too. We hope we get the chance to stay there again next season!
