Welcome to “Finally Forever”! “Finally Forever” is a BRAND NEW FLORIDA COTTAGE located right off of Highway 30-A in the serene and gated community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach. This subdivision features two community pools, tennis courts, fitness center, two pool houses with restrooms and shower facilities, and a private deeded beach access to the sugar white sand and clear emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Your vacation here will not only be fun and relaxing, but remembered and cherished forever.
“Finally Forever” is a beautifully furnished home that comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. It is very spacious and features a large open living room/dining room/ kitchen area on the first floor. Also, on the first floor is a breakfast bar, pantry, laundry room, a full bathroom and a large bedroom with a queen size bed. The couch in the living room, on the first floor, folds out to be a queen size bed.
Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, a bunk-room, and a master suite. One bedroom has two twin beds in it and the other has a queen size bed. These bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. In the bunk- room are two twin size beds (bunk-beds). The master suite contains French doors that go out to a large balcony, a California king size bed, a couch, table, and two chairs at the foot of the bed, an entertainment center, and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub/jacuzzi, separate shower, and double vanity.
There is hardwood flooring throughout the house except for the bedrooms which have carpet and the bathrooms have ceramic tile. Ceiling fans are in every room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances such as the refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. All kitchen utensils are provided. There are TVs as well as DVD players downstairs in the living room, upstairs in the room with two twin beds, and in the master bedroom. This home has cable, high speed internet, and telephone for your convenience.
Outside the house is a very large front porch with chairs and tables. You can sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Also outside, is an outdoor shower in case you would like to rinse off some sand from your body or shoes left over from the beach or for other purposes.
“Finally Forever” is very close to the gated entrance. It is also close to one of the pools and the pool house. The Preserve at Grayton Beach is right off of 30-A. It is just a few minutes from the shops at Grayton Beach, and to restaurants such as The Red Bar, Pandora’s, and Hybiscus. It is also but only minutes from shops in Watercolor, Seaside, and a short drive to the Sand Destin Outlets, and the Destin Commons where there are great stores, restaurants, and a movie theater.
There are numerous outdoor activities close by such as: walking, biking, fishing, laying out, fun in the sun at the beach, and of course, the two pools, tennis courts, and fitness center located right in the Preserve at Grayton Beach.
