At Monterra Manzanillo, every room has an ocean view. Your private beach home has two air conditioned bedrooms, each with it's own private bath. The upper bedroom has a king bed, and spectacular views of the ocean. The lower bedroom has a king bed, one twin bed, and beautiful ocean views.

The private beachfront home has a spacious kitchen with bar area, and breakfast room. Surrounding the home is a huge living and dining terraces with two separate sectional sofas arranged for comfort and a full view of the sea.

The Mexican mesquite dining table seats eight persons and faces the waterfront. This private Beach Home uses regional materials...terra cotta tiles, inlaid pebbles embedded in the tile floor, hand carved and hand painted furnishings. The home displays gorgeous art and accessories from around the world.

Monterra is close to a variety of beachfront restaurants. When you stay at Monterra Manzanillo, on Troncones Beach, you will have a feeling that you are "removed" from it all, yet still close to a variety of restaurants. Swimming, surfing, shelling, a point break, and snorkeling are located in front of your home. You will find peace and quiet are easy here. From your own beachfront verandahs, you can gaze upon the surf, watch the surfers, ride a wave and see an occasional fisherman testing his luck in the sea.

Monterra Manzanillo has a gardening and maid staff. Private parking and is located within the gated property. Monterra Manzanillo.......located on one of the most desirable and prestigous areas of Troncones Beach.
