Welcome to the Island Club, a 25 acre world-class beach resort located on the beautiful island of Hilton Head, South Carolina. The Island Club amenities include 9 tennis courts, the Island's best beach, 3 swimming pools, hot tub, basketball court, exercise room, organized children's activities in the summer, free tennis for guests, racquet ball, picnic area with charcoal grills, children's playground, lovely lagoons with wildlife and so much more. 24 hour gate security is provided.
This lovely one bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath condo, features a large wrap-around deck overlooking a beautiful lagoon. The deck is accessed from two sets of double sliding glass doors, from separate dining and living rooms. The living room sofa includes the very comfortable Lazy-Boy air mattress Sleep System, which accommodates two. The Corian kitchen is well equipped for any dining need. The large bedroom, with king-sized bed, is tastefully decorated. The floors are porcelain tile and hardwood throughout.
This villa is an end, first floor, non smoking unit, located very close to the beach. No pets are allowed on premises. Come to the Island Club for a restful, fun-filled vacation you will never forget!

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1994
We are Dave and Kathryn Bowden of Kingsport, TN. We are public school teachers but have served as missionaries in Latin America both on a short-term and long-term basis. The most important aspect of our lives is our faith in Jesus Christ.
Dave was born in Illinois and Kathryn in Tennessee. We met while in high school in Kentucky. We both are graduates of East Tennessee State University and both have our Master's degrees. We are also fluent in Spanish and certificated to teach that language.
Why the Owner Chose Island Club
We visited Hilton Head for the first time about 1991. God opened up the door for us to buy a condo at the Island Club. That was a dream come true. Hilton Head is an ideal location. When you are there, it is like being on your own beautiful little exotic island. It is so peaceful and relaxing. We know that you will love it, too.

The Island Club boasts so many amenities: world-class beach; state-of-the art swimming pools; 9 tennis courts; exercise facilties, indoor and outdoor hot tubs; playground; large lawn area; picnic areas; and so much more. There are great bicycle trails all over the island. We especially love that. The beach, especially at low-tide, is ideal for riding bikes.
