We are located in beautiful South Haven, directly on the Black River. Relax in the peaceful setting with spectacular harbor views from the upper or lower deck. You can enjoy watching the bridge go up and down and see all the boats passing through the harbor.

It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach or into town, with access to all the restaurants and shopping close by. No car is needed.

The home is a private 2 story house in a quiet river front setting, with nautical décor. There are 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a newly remodeled kitchen. The upstairs consists of a family room with full wet bar, a wrap-around deck overlooking the river and 2 queen size pull out sofas. The master bedroom is on this level with full bath. The main floor consists of the kitchen, dining area, full bath, guest bedroom and another family room with queen size pull-out sofa. The lower deck, with access to river and dock, is located off the family room. Deck area has ample river front seating with picnic table, fire pit, Webber grill and separate full bath.

  • A house even a buckeye fan can love! The house is fantastic! Roomy, clean, comfortable and a fantastic location within walking distance of the beach! I've been going there for several years and there is nothing like having morning coffee on the deck watching the boats head to the lake. The kitchen was recently updated and makes cooking for a crowd a lot of fun! The dining room looks out on the docks so you can watch the boats and enjoy the view!

  • A true haven in S Haven! Clean, comfortable, convenient, modern and yet cozy. A perfect location! Away from the crowds yet close to the action. Walking distance to the beach, town, restaurants,etc. Stay once and you'll return again.. I did and I am again!

  • Have spent long weekends here for a few years--wish I could spend a week or more! So comfortable and beautiful; more like a home than a rental. Fun to walk to beach for sunset and uptown for ice cream and shopping! Relaxing and wonderful!
