Upstairs has three bedrooms (two queens and two bunks), and two baths. PLUS a self-contained, STUDIO UNIT included. Featuring one queen bed, sitting room with (full sized)sofa bed with innerspring matteress. Kitchenette, and bath. The two sunny upper decks are located at the rear of the house with hot tub, panorama views, and privacy. (Please ask for additional photos of this area to be

Adjacent to the sailing lagoon (We do not have a boat dock) But we do have magnificent views and reflections from every room and both decks and Hot Tub ..
