We loved our family Thanksgiving in Bernice and Neil's home. Bernice was always available throughout the entire process, and the sweetest lady. Thank you Bernice!!! The home was so perfect for our group...4 1/2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 seperate TV/visit areas and that enormous kitchen and dining area with seating for 8 was wonderful for board games and meals...We have rented many Tahoe homes over the years and this was unquestionably the "BEST"......Big yard along the water was an added treat!!

This property worked out very well for us as we were three couples and some kids. Very centrally located and close to all the South Tahoe resorts. The pictures provided on the listing show the property exactly as it is. Very well maintained, clean and appointed. The owners are excellent in answering any questions regarding the property. I would recommend this property for a family or group of couples, an excellent get away!

It has all the facilities that we needed to make our family vacation special and memorable. The view of the Sierras is fabulous. The house is very well maintained and is very well suited for kids too. We are looking forward to staying there again....

Thank you Bernice and Neil for use of your beautiful property. We stayed with my Aunty Joan and Rolie and had a wonderful time! Your property was absolutely gorgeous and we loved the vistas as well as all the amenities you provided! I would love to stay in this property during winter just to see the snow falling whilst lying in the hot tub - perhaps we will come in winter next time! Our kids loved the bunk beds and my wife loved the individual bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms! Thanks again for letting us live the dream! See you next time...perhaps 2009! Your home was just wonderful for everyone in our family. The kids loved running around the large grass area. The adults loved the beautiful sunsets over the water each night. The house is immaculate with every possible detail thought of by our landlord. It is obvious that ths house is a special place to Bernice as well. She is a wonderful host, and this is a wonderful home!

We had a great time at your home! Our group consisted of couples and singles and the accomodations worked well for us. Everyone on the trip commented on how nice the home was. We did get to the casinos, but most nights fixed a great dinner and played games around the table. Thank you for your hospitality. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Ah Hoy Mates! We enjoyed our voyage on your cruise. It was First Class! The galley was fully equipped. The boat was Rockin! The mates were comfortable in their cabins. The skippers enjoyed their accommodations as well. Next time we would like to take a summer cruise! We'll bring our Top siders and shorts. Bernice, I just wanted to send you an e-mail after our week in your home last week. We had an absolutely wonderful time and your home certainly facilitated that! It worked out perfectly for sleeping, eating and visiting quarters. We so enjoyed hanging out together and being able to take advantage of many of the area's spectacular natural wonders. We are hopeful that we can return at some point in the future.

To The Tye Family, Thank You for the wonderful opportunity to stay in your dream home..Very Clean, Very Spacious, Butiful Views, Hot Tubs on both balconies, Mother-in-law quarters, Paddle Boat for the lagoon that sits 50' from your back door{equiped with safety gear in the deck cabinet}bathrooms are spacious and almost every room has a great lagoon view...Most Awesome to sum it up, un believable if you would like to stay in a home of luxury this is it..... We had a lovely time in the cozy mother-in- law unit during our ski vacation. Star gazing from the hot tub on a crystal clear night was a highlight! The hosts were the most welcoming we have ever experienced in a B & B. The experience exceeded our expectations!

Owner response:EXPLAINATION FROM OWNER; Mostly we rent the "whole house" but when we are in residence we occasionally rent the Mother in Law unit as a B & B SUITE. This is a great way to check out the property proir to booking the whole house - that is, if you don't live too far away!

FROM OUR LOG BOOK SUMMER 2002 "We enjoyed everything about your home and our vacation. We think the "Nautical Theme" was very fun and the kitchen was wonderful to cook in. While we were here we played lots of games, Monopoly, Checkers, Petri, Dominos, Gestures, Cards, Chess, Fisbee and Mancola.
