The main floor offers a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets and granite counter tops. Serving counter in kitchen seats 4 and dining room area table can accommodate 8 people. There is a balcony that overlooks the pool next to the dining room. Living room is right off the kitchen with a fire place and has 36" flat screen with Bose surround sound system. Bamboo hardwood floors on first floor. Berber carpets in all bedrooms, tile in all bathrooms.
One guest bedroom with twin beds is located in the front of the home and has a full bath next to it. There are two master bedrooms in the home each with private baths. One master bedroom with jetted tub in bath and private deck off of it. The fourth bedroom by the pool has it's own private suite (full bath and kitchenette) with private deck. The living room and each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. There is a covered sitting area with BBQ grill next to the pool as well as an outdoor shower.
