This is a charming three bedroom, two bath condominium in the resort-like splendor of Camello Vista, located in McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale. The closest major cross streets are Hayden and Indian Bend. Fabulous shopping, restaurants, golf courses, spas and other luxurious amenities are minutes away, including Old Town Scottsdale.
The condo is on the first floor and there is an un-attached two-car garage directly in front of the unit. The unit has six stairs going down in front, but there is another entrance that does not require any stairs, so it is accessible.
The front and surrounding area is lushly landscaped with palms, cacti and flowers to give a resort feel, and the pool/recreation center is a one minute walk away. The back has a large divided patio with saltillo tile that opens up to a lush, green common area. There is a large storage shed out back that separates the two patios. Out back is a propane grill, two lounge chairs and an umbrella, and a table and chairs for dining. The front patio has a bistro set. Just a two minute walk away is a golf course.
We just furnished the condo in March 2007 with all BRAND NEW furniture, so everything is in excellent shape! The living room has comfortable micro-fiber couches and a cable (DVR) television/dvd player. The dining room seats six. Both areas have a sliding glass door that leads out to the patio. The kitchen has all of the amenities you would need--dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, as well having all appliances, including a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom is a large, open space with a king bed, nightstands, dresser and three closets. It also has a sliding glass door that leads out to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed with nightstands and dresser and a spacious closet. The third bedroom has a desk, two twin beds (trundle bed) and a spacious closet.
This location can't be beat--it is a gorgeous, relaxing setting and is only 2 miles from the 101 freeway, making it easy to get anywhere in the valley. Nearby you will find golf, spas, shopping, restaurants, museums, kid-friendly activities, all you could desire! We live several miles away and can be on hand for any assistance you might need. We want you to love your stay in our condo!
