Away from activity on The Strand, yet steps away from both Mission Bay and the ocean, you'll find a tranquil family friendly retreat called Vanitie Court. This property is decorated in a clean, modern style that will make you feel like you're staying at a luxury boutique hotel--but at a fraction of the price!

All three units are one bedroom/one bath and sleep up to four. Need more room? Rent two or three units in this three-plex and sleep up to twelve!

818 Vanitie Court is downstairs with easy access to parking and the beach. 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

820 and 822 Vanitie Court are upstairs (side-by-side, perfect for families traveling together) offering 180-degree bay views from the living rooms. Each have 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa sleeper in the living room.

NOTE: This is NOT a party house. You are of course encouraged to have a good time, but outdoor partying must end by 10pm, and if the police are called you will lose your deposit.

Just one house from the sand, this property has a fully stocked kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, ranges, coffee makers, toasters, blenders, all cooking utensils, a barbecue, and free laundry inside each unit. 32" flat panel LCD w/DVD, CD player/radio with iPod hook-up. Just steps to the bay or one block to the beach. Kid and pet friendly, non-smoking. Walk to restaurants and shopping from this excellent location.

Mission Beach is a prime vacation rental location.

Begin with coffee on the beach, a morning walk or run on the sand, or be among the first surfers in the water. Return home for breakfast or stroll to one of the nearby restaurants to eat inside or outside. After breakfast, you'll be ready for the day's activities. Which will it be today? Sea World? The San Diego Zoo? How about sailing in Mission Bay? Or shopping in the many Mission Bay/Pacific Beach boutiques? Beachcombing outside your door or exploring tide pools along the La Jolla reefs? Surfing/boogie boarding or beach games with the rest of the family?

Enjoy a delicious lunch at any one of a variety of outdoor eateries or have lunch right on your own patio. With the afternoon comes more activities (a ride on the vintage roller-coaster down the street, anyone?) or perhaps just relax by the ocean.
