Why the Owner Chose The Palms at Wailea
Wailea! Beautiful, quiet, endless beaches, resort-style complex!! The list is long for all the reasons we chose The Palms At Wailea!
We were first attracted to The Palms At Wailea when we saw the complex about 10 years ago. the 'Mediterranean' styled buildings were far different from any other complex and vey well thought out. The layout of the units is such that the needs of a guest were put first, not last. Each unit seems to have a private enough feel with the oversized Lanais, different floor plans, and private entrances! The two-story structures are terraced on a hillside taking full advantage of the Ocean views, the tropical garden views and the Haleakala Crater views. It seems there is view enough for everyone!
The open-floor units are also quite unique to the condo 'concept'. With most condos you will typically enter a long, dark hallway, walking past the kitchen doorway, past the two bedroom doorways, and finally end up in the living area - a 'shotgun' style approach. Not at The Palms. Here you will have wide open views upon entry to the great-room -- L/R, D/R, Kit, Lanai. Spectacular outdoor views sweep across the Living Room walls through ceiling-to-floor sliding glass doors, and through the kitchen's wall of bi-fold windows to the Lanai!! You will be drawn outdoors from the first step inside!
The Master suite is a spaciously private oasis with more commanding views! The guest bedroom hosts yet another wall of windows with luch tropical gardens and our two majestic 'King Palms' gracing the entrance to our courtyard!
There is no other complex design which took so many factors into mind as The Palms At Wailea. It always feels like an exotic vacation at The Palms!

Graced with Monkey-Pod tree-top canpies, the Lanai is considered one of the highlights at The Palms! An open-floor plan provides a easy flow through the living room, dining room, kitchen and Lanai. Everyone can still be part of the scene even while cooking in the kitchen, watching the sunset or reading a good book!
All the views from each side of the condo are beautiful and bring to mind why you chose Maui to come to relax! The birdsongs from the tree-tops above are the sweetest background music to your Maui stay!
A spectacular un-developed beach - larger waves - lifeguards! A 'must-see'! Skimmers and body-boarders like this surf!
Excellent local ice cream for those icredible sunsets on the beach across the way!

Maui has been our family's vacation destination for the past 15 years. Once we saw the opportunity to purchase a condo at The Palms At Wailea, it was only a matter of time before we would become full-time islanders! We now live here in South Maui, managing our condo, playing at the beach, surfing the waves, and making new memories 'Hawaiian-Style'.
The land of maui has enchanted us for so long. The gracious and welcoming spirit of Aloha has us completely captivated! We are 'beach-bums' at heart and appreciate those of you who seek to capture that same feeling for yourselves by sharing our Maui condo with you!
