We had a wonderful time at this property in March of 2011. The condo was in a great location, quiet but near major freeways. It was comfortable and clean and well maintained with up to date appliances and attractive furnishings. The owner, Elaine, was easy to work with and very responsive to questions. I would recommend this property any time.

I have rented this particular condo on two separate occasions. Initially for one month and subsequently for a period of 8 weeks. It is ideally located in a very safe, quite and comfortable neighborhood of Delmar, Ca. The apartment is a modern, well appointed unit with all the conveniences a renter requires. The same applies to the amenities of the condo complex. Parking is convenient and there is easy access to the main thoroughfares in the area. There are several shopping malls, supermarkets, theaters, fast food and fine dining locations within close proximity to the unit. There are a number of excellent golf courses within easy driving distance, as well as public beaches. The unit is very nicely furnished and meticulously maintained. The owner takes considerable pride in assuring that the property is clean and comfortable for each arriving renter. A big plus from my experience was the responsiveness of the owner to all my inquiries about the unit and the efficient manner in which the rental details were handled, including the quick return of my security deposit. The professionalism demonstrated throughout the entire rental procedure was greatly appreciated. Without hesitation I would highly recommend this rental property to my closest friends and relatives.

My husband and I stayed in this upscale condo for the month of July 2009. We found it very well furnished with extra nice linens and comfortable furniture. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during out stay. This location is excellent and we were able to get downtown and to Coronado Island within 20-30 minutes. The complex is quiet with friendly neighbors. Although we did not use the pool, hot tub or tennis courts, they are readily available and just a short distance from this unit. Thank you Dr. Elaine!

Our stay at the condo in Del Mar was excellent. The condo is situated in the back of the complex and is very quiet. The condo came well equipped with all ammenities you would need to make you feel right at home. The condo was located within walking distance of several shopping centers and a Movie Theater, which made it very convenient. It's also a great area to walk around the neighborhood, if you want to get some exercise. I The owner of the condo had also provided information on local eateries and fine dinning areas. The weather was gorgeous during our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to San Diego.
