The Urban Suite apartment was in excellent condition and had all the conveniences to make our stay in Victoria wonderful. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all attractions. The owners Trish and Steve were warm and friendly and provided us with fine details at our arrival such as fresh fruit, coffee, milk and bread for morning breakfast. We highly recommend this small apartment for your visit to Victoria.

The Urban Suite apartment was spanking new, well laid out, well appointed and had all conveniences. The location excellent,within walking distance of all attractions. There were lovely, thoughtful touches, provided by Trish and Steve such as fresh fruit, coffee and bread for morning toast and yogurt. Steve and Trish were always available and gracious when we had any questions about Victoria or surrounding environs. I highly recommend this apartment for your visit to Victoria.

This is absolutely the best location one could find in downtown Victoria. It is close to just about all tourist amenities, just a couple of blocks from Victoria's Inner harbour and the Government Street shopping area. The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We always meet our guests "in-person" to make them feel welcome and to get them settled-in comfortably to their new surroundings. We provide milk, bread, fruit, water, tea and coffee so that our guests have the "fixin's" for breakfast on their first morning.
Our building has a wonderful fitness centre and a recreation room, complete with a pool table, fire place, large screen TV and seating areas, ideal for entertaining friends while staying in our building.
