For a vacation that has it all, enjoy this recently REMODELED condo at Parkside Place. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located in a quiet complex, just minutes from shopping, restaurants and family fun. It is located directly on the WATER at the 19 mile marker by the Grand Glaize Bridge, one of the most POPULAR areas of the lake. If you want something for everyone this is your vacation destination.

The cozy living room has a WALL of glass looking out at the AWESOME view of the main channel of the lake. There is a large COVERED deck directly off the living room with a view to match. The master bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bath. There also is a door leading to the deck from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a hall bath close by.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and dishes. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools and a dining area with table & chairs. There also is a washer & dryer for those extended stays. All towels and linens are provided. Just bring your beach towels.

Spend the day by the pool or the evening on the deck watching one of the spectacular sunsets at the lake.

WE also have an ELEVATOR for those of you who can't do steps!!!

This complex is 1 MILE from the OUTLET MALL. If shopping is your thing you can't get any CLOSER. You are also close to several waterfront restaurants and the many activities and golf courses.
