For a vacation that has it all, enjoy this recently REMODELED condo at Parkside Place. All new living room and dining room furniture. And flat screen TV's. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located in a quiet complex, just minutes from shopping, restaurants and family fun. It is located directly on the WATER at the 19 mile marker by the Grand Glaize Bridge, one of the most POPULAR areas of the lake. If you want something for everyone this is your vacation destination.
The cozy living room has a WALL of glass looking out at the AWESOME view of the main channel of the lake. Also enjoy the new 32" flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a large COVERED deck directly off the living room with a view to match. The master bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bath. And a new 27" flat screen TV. There also is a door leading to the deck from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a hall bath close by. The living room and both bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort!
The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and dishes. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools and a dining area with table & chairs. There also is a washer & dryer for those extended stays. All towels and linens are provided. Just bring your beach towels.
Spend the day by the pool or the evening on the deck watching one of the spectacular sunsets at the lake.
WE also have an ELEVATOR for those of you who can't do steps!!!
This complex is 1 MILE from the OUTLET MALL. If shopping is your thing you can't get any CLOSER. You are also close to several waterfront restaurants and the many activities and golf courses.

My girfriends and I have been coming to the lake for 18+ years. We stayed at one place every year for the majority of those years and were very sad when the owner sold it. The past few years we have had to scramble to find a place to stay. We have seen our share of condos and this one by far is one of the best. Very neat and decorated beautifully. We liked it because it was a block away from the old condo we used to stay at! We like that area because its so close to everything. We will be back next year, and I truly hope we can make it an annual thing! Thanks Sharon for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

The condo was nicely decorated(Sharon must be watching HGTV) and everything was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed for cooking. The pool was close by and very relaxing. We met some of the other owners of condos at the complex and everybody was very friendly as we swam at the pool. Looking forward to returning for another girls weekend as Sharon made renting her place very easy with no complications.

This was a beautiful condo, and felt much more like a home than a house. It was decorated beautifully and meticulously clean. Everything was brand new, the beds were very comfortable, and the view was superb (the picture doesn't do it justice) The manager, Sharon, was very helpful in suggesting how to get around, what restaurants to eat at, etc. I would highly recommend this condo to someone heading to the Ozarks for vacation.

What a nice place to stay at the Lake! Our family of 4 stayed in this condo and had a nice vacation. The condo itself was very clean and had an awesome view. This building is right next to the pool, so it wasn't a long haul for a refreshing dip in the pool. Shopping and dining are close by. We rented a boat for a couple days and had a blast!! We found it to be a very family friendly complex. We, unfortunately, had an issue with the AC, but called on it first thing in the a.m. and it was fixed very promptly before noon.
