Great loft! Perfect location - overlooks Santana Row. Clean, quiet, great decor, and THE most comfortable bed. Amazing A/V equipment which was already set up for us prior to our arrival. A lot of nice, personal touches which made us feel very welcome!

From the minute one pulls into Santana Row one cannot help but feel the sense of privilege and sophistication. Classy, sheik, even sexy is this area that is clearly THE place to be in the South Bay. Surrounded by luxury shops, incredible cuisine and quite the bustling nightlife sits the beautifully appointed Luxury Penthouse Rental. With an unmatched view of "the strip”, I instantly knew that this was the spot for me. I was first introduced to "the loft" about a year ago and have since tried to become a bit of a permanent fixture there. Whether it is the undeniably comfortable master bed that sold me or the incredibly sophisticated state of the art entertainment center that did it I am unsure, but one thing is for sure, this loft has become an oasis from the daily grind and monotony of Silicon Valley workweeks. Absolutely recommended! Whether you live here in the area and need a sexy sophisticated break away from "regular" life or are a business traveler on the go, this IS the spot for you.

Disclaimer: I'm pretty damn picky :) That said... This place exceeded even my inflated expectations. It's a phenomenal location, perfectly decorate inside, and the service the owner provided was nothing short of a stay the Four Seasons. Take it from me, you're making a good decision if you stay here.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and stayed at this Santana Row loft this summer and loved the experience – the space is very comfortable, the bed was perfect, the media equipment (stereo, TVs) was easy to operate and quite nice, and the location was perfect. It looks out over the shopping area, just above Straits, and the restaurants, shops and movie theater are all centrally located.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This place is very comfortable. It is impeccably clean and shiny and tastefully decorated in modern style. The AV system is impressive to say the least. The printer, projector and internet connection make it great for business travelers. And the location is outstanding. It's only a short cab ride (few miles) the San Jose Convention center, and it's directly on Santana Row with shopping, cafes, bars and restaurants literally right there. Or you can pick up a bottle of wine from the wine store down the row and just people watch from the huge windows if you dont want to leave. Very enjoyable rental.
