Recently remodeled, fully furnished, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features 3500 square feet of luxurious living space, with large private enclosed backyard with patio dining and barbecue; elegant and functional gourmet kitchen, relaxing family room, fireplace, A/C. Large Dining area seats 10-12. Comfortably sleeps 14 adults/children. Large open main floor and backyard plan ideal for casual or formal entertaining, e.g., large parties, showers, reunions, weddings or banquets. Can easily accommodate receptions of up to 50 persons. Flat screen HDTVs & DVD players in every room.

MAIN FLOOR
Great Room:

  • We stayed at this luxurious home for 9 days. Our daughter was married on Coronado and this was our home base for pre and post wedding activities. This was a lovely and spacious home for the bride and bridesmaids to gather and prepare for the wedding. This home was also ideal for entertaining our numerous out of town guests. We hosted a day after gathering for 40 people and the first floor great room was perfect for serving and seating. The kitchen is definitely high end and every amenity was provided. The backyard patio accommodated a group of visitors as well. The seating throughout the home is plentiful and very comfortable. With all the excitement and activities of the week, it was wonderful to have such a well-appointed and comfortable home in which to relax and unwind. We had 5 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids enjoyed all the toys and books, and the big screen TVs were a big hit too! Everything needed to enjoy the spectacular Coronado beaches was provided: beach wagon and chairs, boogie boards, even sand toys for the kids. The bicycles were a fun and easy way to navigate Coronado and enjoy all it has to offer. The views from the home are great, and the location is perfect for easy access to the bridge, the beaches, and the business district. The owner was very friendly and prompt to respond to our questions before our arrival, and also provided a comprehensive welcome aboard packet so we would feel right at home. There was plenty of Coronado and San Diego visitor information in the house as well. We truly feel that we had the total Coronado experience, and staying at this wonderful home was a big part of that! This home was perfect in every way. We would absolutely stay here again. We are hoping for an annual visit to relive the good times we enjoyed here!

  • This is a spacious, nicely furnished, nicely decorated, and well equiped home. Above all, it is a comfortable home, more so because of the air conditioning. Many if not most Coronado homes for rent don't have it. They will tell you it's not needed. Don't believe them. The home is located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood, where the streets are not lined with parked cars like in some other Coronado neighborhoods. The location is very convenient to San Diego, and less so to Orange Avenue and the beach. However, we walked to both many times. Brian is great to work with. We were very pleased with our experience and highly recommend it.

  • Great home for a family reunion as it is outfitted with toys, crib, etc. as well as oversized TV's in every room for the "big" kids. Centrally located for quick trips to the zoo, Balboa Park, beach, etc.

  • Our son was married on Coronado Island,in April 2009. Many of our guests came to CA from back east and the travel/lodging element was huge. We decided to rent a home to serve as "marriage central" for brunches, cookouts, and just hanging out. We were completely delirious about our good fortune in finding Mr. Cowan's property. It was gorgeous, huge, pristine, fun, well equipped, and worthy of such a special time in our lives. We enjoyed the entire week and would consider visiting again to stay in this incredibly beautiful and comfortable home, even before we visit to celebrate the birth of our grandchildren!

  • Our recent stay at this house was truly wonderful! It is large, comfortable and very luxurious. The house is open and inviting with a big central kitchen and has every possible amenity. The master bedroom was quite spacious and the master bath was simply elegant. The owner was quite hospitable and cared that we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

  • We were fortunate enough to have some of our family and friends stay at this great home to celebrate my retirement from the Navy. The house is well appointed for relaxing and entertaining. The Owner was dedicated to ensuring that we had a wonderful experience in this lovely home. I highly recommend this home (have already done so to many family and friends) and look forward to my next excuse to rent it!

  • Spent a wonderful week last October with old chums talking and playing golf. This was a beautiful home and well appointed, a great place to come "home" to after our outings. Would recommend to anyone.
