Our beach home is one of 8 townhouses of the Queen's Quest Condominium. It is located in an Area of Fenwick Island close to the State Seashore Parks and the beach is uncrowded even in season. We enjoy amazing sunrises from the ocean decks and sunsets from the bay deck.
The house is so relaxing and the views so beautiful it's hard to pull yourself away to participate in the many activities the area has to offer. Having a relaxing dinner on the deck while listening to the waves crash on the shore is hard to beat! This spacious home (2,400 sq.ft.)offers two bedrooms on the second level and a master suite comprised of the entire third level. The floor plan makes it possible to find privacy when you might want to read or have some "me time".

Beautiful beach retreat and great weather

As in previous years, we enjoyed our vacation in this lovely property. The set up is ideal for our multigenerational get away. The property is just like the listing, clean and well maintained. The property owners welcomed us with a food basket and a call later to see how our vacation was going. I have recommended this property to friends and family. This was our third summer here and the proximity of the beautiful private beach and restaurants and activiities in other shore communities such as Bethany and Ocean City have made this a location a hit with our family. Eating at the Kingston Grill is a wonderful culinary experience we have enjoyed each year and I was impressed with Nantucket's, in Fenwick, as well.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We've rented this house 3 times in the last 2 years and it's been perfect. You really can't get much closer to the beach and views from all 3 floors are awesome. We have young kids and the house is perfect for them and the proximity to the beach makes getting them and their things back and forth (often several times a day) very easy. It's also in a lightly developed area so even on holidays you tend to have plenty of room on the beach. The owner is very helpful and accomodating. We highly recommend this place!
