Our home is now open for a unique opportunity to pre-book your own beach house year after year. We are hoping to have a select few who love the idea of having a home they can plan a week of beach time for, and will be guaranteed the same week each year, plus have a reduced rate in the off seasons for those spur of the moment getaways.
We have spoken with several home owners who wish they would have been able to have this type of opportunity, instead of the expenses of taxes, insurance, maintainance, plus the huge price of purchasing a home they can only use once in a while.

Our home is in a private, very quiet neighborhood, just up the hill from the beach. Beautifully remodeled kitchen in an open great room, with wall to wall windows facing the beach. New large deck and hot tub, with an open fire area down in the yard for smore's and hotdog outdoor cooking. Within walking distance of Gleneden shopping and restaurants. Right between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay, with Salishan Lodge Golf and Spa Resort a mile away. Large open kitchen and living area, great for small families and get together's, quiet downstairs bedrooms. The beach is fairly private with limited access, there is a wonderful creek that runs down the canyon next to our home for kids to play in and build sandcastles.
Because this is our second home, we will rent to guests with verifiable references only. Our maximum number of guests including children is 6.
We decided on a self-clean program with a helpful pictured guide to insure the next guests will have the same beautiful and clean experience as those before them.
The hot tub will be winterized during the stormy months, but if requested, we can have it serviced, filled and cost added to the rental fee with advance notice.

- Beach View: This really is beachfront as there are no homes to block the view down the canyon to the beach. We are up the beach access road, so we can't claim beachfront, but this is great as the wind is blocked and the view is beautiful from the hillside.

- No Pets Allowed: We will review based on prior use, and type of pets if needed only for our return guests. But no dogs larger than 20 pounds will be allowed due to allergies and keeping the home clean for the next guests.
- Kid Friendly: We have children, and feel families would love the location to the semi-private beach, but we also love parental control and respect for our home and furnishings. Also, the hot tub is not a swimming pool for children, it can be a danger and should always be monitored. But our home is not set up for very young children that require special furniture (highchairs, booster seats, etc.)
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25 and older unless personally recomended by friends or prior return guests.
