Nearby is an Internet Point/Phone Center, bank with ATM machines, travel agencies, self Service Laundromat and two parks.

It is situated on the ground floor (USA first floor) of a 17th century palazzo.It consists of
- a living-dining area (with a small couch that converts to a single bed, table and chairs) located in the front of the apartment; its double-coated window overlooks via del Corallo;
- a fully equipped kitchenette with all new appliances(stove top, microwave oven and under counter refrigerator);
- 1 bedroom (with king size bed,wardrobe, dresser) located on the back of the apartment; its double-coated window overlooks a quiet interior courtyard;
- 1 bathroom with stall shower, hairdryer.
The apartment is also a non smoking facility. Pets are not accepted.
The owner-an artist who’s studio is located directly across the street from the apartment-designs and paints objects on porcelain for the Office of the President of the Italian Republic, the Vatican, and many of Rome’s famous museums.
