The house has extensive landscaped grounds, garden, and back yard leading to the warm and inviting Atlantic ocean only a few steps from the back gate. The trade winds from West Africa blow a constant gentle cooling breeze to remind you that you are in one of the world's finest beach locals and a true tropical paradise.
The incredible cultural and arts center of Salvador is only a 45 minute drive down the well built and maintained "coconut highway" or "Linha Verde", and you are only 3 miles from the famous Praia Do Forte eco-resort town and the World Wildlife Federation "Tamar Project" where sea turtles of several types are on display.
There are wonderful shops, restaurants, and "watering holes" there for every taste. Only a short 5 miles further is the game reserve and nature park at Imbasi. Brazil's largest tourist/resort complex of Costa Do Sauipe is less than a 15 minute drive from the house as well.
You have a spacious, clean and well kept beach home in paradise with a large private pool and sauna all on a quiet beach with areas for swimming, surfing, kite surfing and viewing sea life in shallow coral tidal pools. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioners.
The house has a full-time resident grounds keeper as well as an excellent Bahian cook/housekeeper included in the price. There are full service quarters for staff on the grounds. All in all, this is one of the finest locations and houses in the Bahia northern beach area and you will love it as much as we do!
