Charming Tuscan Waterfront Cottage! Beautifully furnished with panoramic views of the South River as it flows into the Chesapeake Bay. Living and dining rooms have huge windows to capture all the boating action as well as abundant waterfowl and fish. Fully equipped kitchen for your use. Brick fireplace, central air conditioning, linens, towels provided. Electricity, cable TV and taxes included.
Private pier for your use: fishing, crabbing, swimming or just relaxing. The community beach with netted swimming area is only 6 blocks from the house. The property has a deep water pier and you can arrive by boat if you like. Furnished covered patio with gas grill for dining or relaxing while overlooking the waterfront is a real delight. Boat, kayak, jet ski rentals nearby. Only 10 minutes to Annapolis Harbor, 20 minutes to DC metro station, 35 minutes to Baltimore and 2 hours to the Atlantic Ocean. Annapolis Mall which is filled with high end stores and fabulous restaurants of every cuisine is 5 minutes away. The Arundel Swim Center consisting of an indoor Olympic sized swimming pool, huge kids wading pool and over sized hot tub, plus large locker room and clean showers is about 2 minutes from the cottage. This area offers something for everyone. Please no smokers inside the house. Pets approved on a case by case basis.
