Vacation 4 bedroom home located directly on Lake. Lot is level to the water with a sandy lake bottom. Home is within walking distance to downtown Cadillac. Boat slip and shore station included and boat rental can be arranged. Bike walking path directly across the street stretches for over 100 miles. Lake Cadillac is connected to Lake Mitchell by a navigable canal. National Forest is located within 5 miles.

Home Amenities include 65 inch wide screen in living room and 42 inch plasma in master bedroom. Master bedroom includes a huge king size bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a queen and a single bed, fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has 2 leather reclining sofas and a love sofa. Family Room has a pull out queen sofa and a day bed. Also a bunk bed with single top and twin bottom and additional single bed next to the family room. Two full bathrooms. Huge dining table and 4 bar stools in the open modern kitchen. Large multilevel deck over looking lake. Washer and Dryer in Laundry room.
