This BEACH FRONT, three bedroom penthouse is situated in one of Panama City's Finest RESORTS, Long Beach. Every room has a spectacular floor to ceiling view of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar white beaches! We are located in Tower IV on the 14th floor (top floor).
The living room and dining room have a cathedral ceiling and opens onto a 270 square foot, tiled terrace overlooking one of the world's most beautiful beaches.The entertainment center houses a TV/DVD/VCR. The spacious terrace has a dining table and chairs and two chaise lounges. The dining room table seats six comfortably and the kitchen bar seats an additional two. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
All bedrooms have trey ceilings with fans, full bathroom with double sinks, and a TV/VCR. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two queen-size beds. The third bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, has its own small kitchen area including a downsized refrigerator, a sink, and a microwave. The third bedroom also has its own private terrace.
The large laundry room has a super sized washer and dryer and a deep sink. Beach chairs and floats are stored here for the renter's enjoyment.
This penthouse is on the top floor which is the 14th floor. We require a $250 reservation/damage deposit with the signed contract. This is refunded to you as soon as our cleaning company tells us our beach home was left in good condition.

We chose to buy in Panama City Beach because of the beautiful beaches with their emerald green waters and white sand, and the proximity to our home. We and our daughters enjoy swimming, snorkeling, shelling,and sunbathing and this is the perfect location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
A visit to our penthouse at Long Beach Resort allows us quality time that we fill relaxing on the terrace, swimming in the warm gulf waters, snorkeling at nearby St. Andrews State Park, and dining in great restaurants like Scooners, the Boatyard, the Saltwater Grill, and Captain Andersons. Shopping at Pier Park is also a treat.
Wonderful place to snorkel, scuba dive, fish, hike, and sunbathe.

My husband and I live in a small town in Southeast Alabama just 75 miles from the Gulf Coast. Don raises catfish, tilapia, bass, etc, on our family fish farm; I teach school nearby.

This place is just breathtaking. Rooms are clean,nice,and comfy.You can have your morning coffee while watching the dolphins play. Beautiful sunsets every evening. I would tell anyone to stay here for a great family vacation. Close to everything from the restaurants to the go carts, and shops..
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We loved your home; we found it to be comfortable and elegant yet we didn't feel that we couldn't be ourselves..It's in a wonderful location and close to everything. Again thank you for the stay and we hope to rentf from you again in the future.
