Enjoy dynamic views of sunsets over Lake Michigan and scenic hilled, wooded views, with this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home on nearly 5 acres of hardwood forest. The property is located just 11 miles north of Harbor Springs and 2 miles south of Good Hart on the "Tunnel of Trees" M-119!

A long winding asphalt driveway leads up to this three story home, containing 2850 square feet of living space. There is plenty of natural light through numerous bay windows to enjoy the plentiful wildlife. Enjoy the views of lake and woods even more with an upper level private balcony, main floor wrap-around deck, lower level patio, and covered front porch!

The upper level features the master suite across the lakeside of the house, with a king size bed, walk-in closet, spacious spa, double sinks, and a separate shower! A second bedroom, with a double bed and desk, with computer and dial-up internet access, features it's own full bathroom and bay window views of the mature hardwood forest.

A lower walk-out level has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bay window view of the lake. Additionally, there is a large walk-in closet and a private access to a full bath. Another bedroom, with a double bed, is on this level. There is also a family room with a sleeper sofa and adjoining concrete patio for more lake views!

The main level features a stone fireplace, centered between the great room and dining room, which features two French doors with access to the wrap-around deck. The kitchen features an island with seating for three. The cedar ceiling great room features a large bay window, with a view of Lake Michigan and it's passing freighters and Beaver Island! There is also a half bath and mud room, with a handy sink and double closets.

The home is situated in a quiet, secluded wooded area with bicycling, beaches, and beautiful sunsets; yet close to numerous winter and summer activities. World class golfing and two ski resorts are just minutes away! Mackinac Island is just a short drive to the north, while Harbor Springs and Petoskey are a short drive to the south! All feature fantastic shopping and restaurants.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
An additional $350 deposit, to cover damages and excessive cleaning, and $150 cleaning fee are required in addition to the rental fee. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure upon satisfactory inspection of the premisis. One half of the rental fee is due within 7 days of the reservation date, with the balance of the rental fee plus the security deposit and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival. SORRY-CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED!
