Come experience this unique spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fourth floor lofted condo in building #8. Our condo offers complete air conditioning ! Our split air-conditioning system, installed in 2007, allows you to feel comfortable year round. This dramatic and unique, two level floor plan has many updates and upgrades to offer. In June 2008 we installed a new bathroom vanitey and vessel sink off the Master Bedroom along with new carpet in the Master Bedroom. In November of 2009 we remodeled our Master Bathroom with a new step into shower and tile on the walls and floor. In December of 2010 we received a new King Size Bed in our Master Bedroom. Our second bedroom which has two twin beds, also had new carpet installed in June of 2008. All interior doors have been replaced with 6 panel doors. The remodeled kitchen has carved bamboo design cabinets. The condo has 30' Vaulted Ceilings in the living room, upstairs loft area and main floor bedroom areas. The Kamaole Sands Resort property is conveniently located in sunny, South Kihei, just a few minutes away from the beautiful upscale area of Wailea. Our condo is close to the Shops of Wailea, great restaurants and world class golfing in Wailea and Makena.
Our building is conveniently located to the resort swimming pools and hot tubs and to Kamaole Beach II and III. These beaches are very family friendly, complete with staffed lifeguards and are well known for snorkeling, body surfing and beautiful sunsets.

A 15 acre resort located directly across from Kamaole Beach III. The only gated condo complex in Kihei. Just minutes away from the upscale area of Wailea.
A great beach for a family. This unique beach offes safe swimming for kids. (Lifeguards are present 7 days a week) The waves are generally gentle, but you can enjoy boogie boarding and body surfing and snorkeling here as well. This is a favorite for the "locals" the beach has bathroom facilities along with shade trees and swing sets. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed on this beach.
Upscale Shops and Restaurants along with an ABC and Whalers General Store !
A great golf course in a beautiful setting. Beautiful homes along the course and ocean scenes to enjoy.
This is another wonderful beach located next to Kamaole Beach III. If you are staying at the Kamaole Sands Resort its a very easy short walk to the beach, you do not need to drive to Kamaole Beaches II or III. This beach also has a full time Life Guard Station on site.
This is another great beach to enjoy, very close to the Kamaole Sands Resort area.
This area is a fun area to get your souvieners! This is an market setting, which if the shop attendants are in a good mood you can do a little "bargan shopping" with them. Also a fun area to explore and have breakfast, lunch or dinner !
For a real experience... enjoy this beautiful golf course with its great ocean views !
This is a fun town to also do some power souviener shopping and to take an ocean excursion during your time in Maui. There are many fun restaurants to enjoy and art galleries. I recommend late afternoon and early evening hours to enjoy Lahaina. The mid-day sun can be very warm and hot.

Aloha from the Purcell Family. Our family invites you to come and enjoy our "little piece of paradise" We have 4 daughters and have enjoyed holiday and family vacations at our condos in Maui. For a family with 2,3 or 4 children, or for two couples who want to share expenses our condo works great. You can save the expense of needing 2 hotel rooms, which will only allow 4 guests in one room. If you enjoy the beach as our daughters do, Kamaole Beach I, II and III are just across from our resort property !

We stayed at your condo unit 8-401, I have to say, we absolutely loced your condo !! We can tell that you take pride in your condo, with updated fixtures, furnishings and the decorating. We enjoyed the southern exposure so that we could sit on the lanai in the mornings while we had our breakfast as well as get the afternoon sun. We also loved the fact that it was stocked with all the water and beach items needed. Also, most condo's come bare bones as far as simple items such as salt and petter. Yours had the salt/pepper as well as other seasonings needed to make meals, just like at home. We took your card and hope to be able to stay with you again in the future.

This was the perfect unit for us since the queen bed was in the downstairs (and more private) bedroom and our toddler needed a quite place to sleep early while the others were still up. Older kids loved the twin beds in the loft bedroom. Unit was very clean, with fully stocked kitchen (including condiments and misc. items like foil and sandwich bags). We also made good use of the beach gear for the kids including sand toys, multiple boogie boards, and ice chest with wheels. Beach across the street was nice and we were able to walk to a few restaurants and the general store for supplies like milk, juice and pre-requisite macadamia nuts..mmm. Recently remodeled dowstairs bath was also very classy and stylish. Owner was very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone especially with family. Our toddler was used to climbing stairs in our 2 story home but that is something to keep in mind due to the open spiral staircase to the loft.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a lovely time in Maui in March 2009. It was made even more pleasant by renting a super condo from the Purcells. They were very accommodating and made the whole experience wonderful. The condo is situated in a very nice complex and our family really enjoyed the BBQ's every night where we met some great people. Especially helpful was the cooler on wheels as we made the trip to Kam III every day. Great trip and great condo! Thanks, The Primrose Family

We had a fabulous time. This was a perfect location for our first trip to Maui. Within walking distance, or a short drive, we were able to get the kids out snorkeling for their first time. The condo was very comfortable, in all regards. We especially appreciated the fact that this unit was well away from the main roadway, and that it had a nice view of the highlands and the ocean. It was quiet all day long, making it easy to hang out on the balcony and appreciate the views and bird-calls. Also, it was really nice to hang out at the pool in the evenings as the birds came in and the stars came out. We'll be back a.s.a.p.!

If your agenda includes FUN-IN-THE-SUN, AN AWESOME AND UNIQUE PLACE TO STAY, WHILE LEAVING YOUR CARES BEHIND - "Here 2 Day, Gone 2 Maui Again" is the condo for you! This condo is owned by a family who loved the island so much that they purchased the space directly above their original condo in order to acommodate their family and guests who wanted to vacation in paradise as a group while having their own personal space when needed. This condo features a cozy loft area with a circular wooden staircase that includes two-twin beds, its own TV and large closet area along with it own private bath. The entire condo has a newly installed central air system which is very hard to find in rental condos. The interior is enhanced with authentic island furniture pieces that take your breath away along with all the ammenities of home. A quick walk takes you to the beach to enjoy the sand, the ocean and the incredible sunrise and sunsets of Maui, or possibly an unbelievable sighting of the whales if you are lucky enough to be in Maui during whale season - help make this condo one of the best on the entire island! A great place for a romantic get-away for two or an awesome place to take family and friends this is the place to stay. The owners are quite possibly the easiest to work with of all condo owners in the area. ENJOY YOURSELF IN MAUI AND MAKE PLANS TO GO BACK OFTEN!! ALOHA!
